Our family is a fan of Patriot Plumbing! Our first experience with them involved our kitchen remodel 5 years ago. They moved and upgraded our sink plumbing for a very fair price. The employees are timely, courteous and definitely know their trade. As the owner of a middle-aged condo plumbing failures happen and we have used them for almost every incident. The latest involved a water heater that they had installed 6 years previous. Upon a free quote Dino informed me that we were still under warranty and the part would be free with only the labor needing to be paid. I didn't even think to ask about a warranty since it had been 6 years. Now it's like we have a brand new water heater for only $295...super thrilled!

The only time another company has been employed in my house was due to the home warranty company contracting to a low bidder, let's call them ""Fly-By-Night-Plumbing (FBNP). The work was incomplete and the issue resurfaced 1 month later. FBNP then installed a sub-par, off-brand replacement garbage disposal. It is loud and vibrates a heck of a lot more than my old top quality one...I wish we had called Patriot instead.

We have always received excellent work and fair pricing for the quality of work they provide. They are our family's plumber of choice from here on out!

Dino came out and unclogged my sink in less than an hour. He also gave me some good tips in keeping the sink drains clean. He was very nice and professional! My experience with Patriot Plumbing exceeded my expectations.

We ordered a bundled service from Angies List - It was basically a flush of the water heater and a check up on the fixtures for a set price.

However I wanted something slightly different. So, when I spoke to the scheduler who called very promptly after I ordered on Angies list.
I explained to him what I was looking for and asked him if what I wanted them to do was possible instead of the service that I had prepaid for or would I need to do a different service for this.
He stated they could do it no problem. He then proceeded in asking me to gather all the pedigree information for my water heater systems. At that point I was hopeful when he wanted me to go out and get the types of water heaters and the model numbers and so forth. We spoke about the problem I was having, the fact that I was occasionally running out of hot water with no pattern or regularity and really only a few times in the past 3 years.
That should never happen with my system. I have a traditional water heater with a large tank and a re-circulation pump (for instant hot water) as well as an inline on demand water heater so if the tank ever empties or fails the on demand picks up the task and keeps hot water flowing continuously.
Well I was having this rare issue and really only need him to trouble shoot it for me.
To this request he said no problem, I told him that I would be out the day his tech was going to be there. I then stated I don not want that to be an issue regarding communication and we can reschedule so i will be there to instruct the tech. He informed me that he completely understood the problem I was explaining he did not know why of course, he would be able to communicate this to all effectively to the tech prior to his arrival. The tech would have to trouble shoot it and may not be able to find the issue but in any case he would have to review on site.

So the tech cam out and had no idea about any of this and he told my wife we have too much hot water and it was waste. then the Tech proceed to do the original service was not prepared for the in line on demand heater. it was very clear to my wife that the tech had no idea what I needed and he basically just performed the service and then reset all the settings on the water heaters to lower the temp to what he thought it should be. He unplugged or circulation pump Never asked he just powered it all down to make the water warm not hot!
I returned to town and I was quite upset about the bait and switch.

First I could have waited for the service so I would be there and the tech would not have had opportunity to screw it up. second I had to get into the cabinets and learn how to reset the heater to the acceptable level. It took me some time to figure out the circulation pump was unplugged

Did he perform the flush and basic service yes but that was a total waste of my money as we have a whole house filter system and this was put in before we re pipped the whole house. So the clean out service is for other houses and we made that clear on the initial scheduling call. I have pipes and fixtures that are like new and zero calcium and hard water build up.

Basically they did not do what they said they would and in fact they changed things without asking.

I called and asked them to get back to me and told them what happened but they never replied back????

I understand having scheduling issues and perhaps the wrong tech came out but I don't know they never called me back or replied to emails

I don't understand a tech making choices for my lifestyle without asking (changing the water heater settings and unplugging things)

In addition my whole home water heater is not working since the service so now I have had to call out other techs and pay them to basically get the system back to how it was before the tech came and just adjusted everything

So this company did the service I paid for but failed to do what we agreed was to be done in place of ""the deal"" they had set and changed many things without asking

then they went dark and would not respond
they at a minimum owe me the service fee back
I made this service request crystal clear to the scheduler prior to the service visit...
Like many Bad businesses they only give phone and no actual follow through

This was a clear case of we already got your money clearly a lost leader and they have no intention of doing what they agreed to

AS A RULE OF THUMB STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES WHO SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER - IT IS LIKE POLITICIANS JUST TELLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR

IT IS A SHORT SIGHTED ""GET WHAT THEY CAN"" MENTALITY

I own several properties and need a decent plumber it is really hard to find good and honest servicemen too bad THESE ARE MORE OF THE SAME EVERYONE GET A TROPHY BUSINESS OWNERS - If my people do not perform and we do not provide the products we agree to I dont take money until it is right

read the reviews This is clearly a pattern not a fluke, more the norm

I have used Patriot plumbing before and this would be the third time. I had my hot water heater replaced, lines and valve, bathroom faucet replaced, and a long term refrigerator water filter replaced. I would highly recommend this company. Dino came out and gave me an estimate of the work, took his time and explained in great detail. Dino and Mike came on time, did a great job and were clean and neat. If you want quality work, and people that will give it to you strait, then this is your company. Further, Dino inspected all the work himself-did a quality check in my opinion.They worked hard and as a team.The work was completed in no time.It was a pleasure to do business with them.

After over 12 years, my water heater went out. Dino from Patriot Plumbing came out and did a thorough and complete job replacing it. He removed the old one, and installed a brand new one. He was very friendly, answered questions well and was a pleasure to do business with. If I need a plumber again, I""ll be calling Patriot Plumbing.

We found Patriot through Angie's list. Dino came out and spend tons of time looking at our plumbing issues and formulating a plan. They replaced one toilet, reinstalled another, replaced several shut off valves, installed a new garbage disposal and air gap and a new main line shut off valve and pressure regulator! They were honest, professional and a pleasure to do business with! Even after we installed a new dishwasher, and those installers messed up his work, he came out and fixed it right away. Highly recommend this company.

had a water heater leakage. Plumber came in on a Sunday to replace the heater. It was a bit on the expensive side, but it was a weekend, worked hard. Had to use the restoration service afterwards. Daniel and his crew where professional and responsive. Over all happy with the experience.

I am really glad I had the pleasure of working with these guys at Patriot. They are professional, friendly, and really know what they are talking about. I had a leak in my upstairs bathtub, which led to secondary damages to my laundry ceiling and adjoining walls. Dino and Mike put me at ease when I called explaining my problem. Daniel and Angel, with the Restoration Division, came out to assess the problem and do what they do best (e.g. check for extent of water damages, mold, cut out drywall, set up fans and dehumidifier to dry out the moisture level, etc). They did a fantastic job, answered all my questions and walked me through the claim filing process with my home insurance. Daniel and Patriot returned all my phone calls within a reasonable time frame the same day. This is the exact type of customer service that we all need when it comes down to emergency services like my situation. We want to be put at ease and have that peace of mind- Patriot and their entire crew delivered and did just that. Thank you for everything so far! I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing and Restoration to anyone. If you had the chance to read some of the other reviews you will also know that they are a reputable company being on Angie's List.

I found Patriot thru Angies List and have used them for repipes on my residence and also plumbing issues on a rental house. Their latest work to clear a main line and install cleanouts involved scoping out the line with a fiberoptic camera, locating the clog, and installing a new cleanout in the 60 year old rental to avoid problems in the future. As always, James, who has worked on all my ""projects"" arrived when promised with his fellow plumber Mike and proceeded to dig up the front lawn to expose the pipe. It was one of the hottest days of the year, but these two guys did the job, showed and explained to me what they were doing, and completed the work while accommodating my tenants. The did a first rate job and did it at a very fair price. They are always the first plumber I refer to my neighbors.
