I've used them before to install toilets, a water heater, etc. and they were great. This crew is FIRST RATE and they back all their work and great reputation. If you want to get the job done right call them. We had an emergency leak behind our shower that was dripping down into the neighbor's condo below us. They came in promptly to address the issue, identified it, and went to work right away. They called in a restoration technician, Daniel, to access the water leak damage and he was very professional. He showed us pictures and went over everything in detail. He diagnosed it and fixed it at a discount price giving us AND the neighbors total peace of mind. James had an extensive repair to make on the old shower piping behind the wall in addition to replacing all the shower fixtures due to their age and wear. He explained it all and answered any questions or concerns. Prices were very competitive and they gave us plenty of options to choose from for our old bathroom depending on your budget. This crew has a lot of experience and has seen it all. They can even do extensive remodeling and high-end DESIGN work that I will certainly call them back for in the future. Dino, Mike, Daniel, and James were great!

We have used Patriot Rooter a few times, and every time we've had excellent service. It is evident that they are experts in the field with many years of experience and keep up-to-date with the latest technology in the industry. We have used them for clogged pipes, garburator and bathroom issues, but if we ever experience a more complicated issue, I would definitely call Patriot first. They charged fair prices for the work they did and most importantly, they did not leave until they were sure the problems were fully fixed. Thanks for valuing my time!

They are punctual and seem to know what they are doing, but they are *extremely* expensive. I actually believe that I was overcharged, but being a new, young homeowner, I didn't know any better. (And I think they may have taken advantage of this fact.)

Before my 10% discount, they charged me about $960 to clear/video a main line blockage and reseat a toilet. Other companies charge $50-$100 to clear a line. (Not sure about toilets).

They won't be getting my business again. I'd stay away.

Sad to say that even when I wanted to use plumbers in Irvine, I was quoted a ridiculous repair quote of $298.00 to replace a toilet valve and flapper, breakdown $150 for labor & $148 for parts. You can buy the parts for under $50 or less. I called another family owned Plumber in Costa Mesa & they came in & did the repair plus a 2nd toilet flapper for $202.50.
Some people are just foolish & does not think about repeat business and just think that all customers are dumb.

Had a problem with some outside drains, needed to get it cleared. Called other places and had a few come out. All tell me I need to hydrojet then will likely need to reline the pipes. Multiple quotes from $5-7k. Call Patriot and Mike tells me they can be out in a few days. Get a call back and message a short time later from Mike saying their truck is not going to be available and that he's very sorry but will have to reschedule. Call him back the next day and we decide on 10am-1pm the next monday. This actually happened with a few other companies but Mike was the most professional and courteous of all the offices I spoke with.
James came out today and in the beginning the story about what needs to be done is a lot different from everyone else so I get a little annoyed and start asking more questions. I think he could tell I was annoyed but answered all my questions courteously and respectfully. After talking to James for a few minutes it was apparent he knew what he was talking about. Also, during his inspection, he was the only plumber to actually put water thru the drain to see what was going on. I let James know what other plumbers had said about relining and he told me that they would not perform that but that there were better ways to fix the problem but that he would have to get started clearing out the drains before he could give me a better estimate (every other plumber was very quick to get me their $5-7k estimate). He then proceeded to spend the next 2 hours snaking the drains. After the 2 hours were up he showed me how much better the drains were flowing and that relining or repiping wasn't really necessary. I then asked him hydrojet a few pipes to get it a little clearer (wasn't pushed on me, I just wanted to be thorough). He finished up 2 hours later and our drain was flowing like it was just put in...lol I can't say enough good things about James and Patriot Plumbing. I will definitely recommend to anyone that asks!!! Don't know if you can, but ask for James, he really was great!

This was a second time we called a plumber. This time we called the right plumber. Patriot plumbing!! Not only did Dino fix our faulty shower for fair price but he even fixed an issue we had from a previous plumber who didn't properly install our kitchen faucet. Dino and junior are professional, honest and simply good people!!!!! Thank you Dino and Junior!!!!! We will recommend you guys every chance we get!!!!

I had a pipe water leak under the concrete slab foundation. Fortunately there was no water damage to house, floors, walks etc yet. I could hear the faint sound of water running when no one was using the water. There are a couple of easy tests you can do to confirm leaks. I went online & YouTube and researched. My house, the foundation, the walls, floors, etc could get damaged & cost $1000s to repair. It could be a nightmare to repair.
I called a couple plumbers, Patriot was the only one with a live person to talk to. I made appointment. They showed up, and did the water detection first. Very professional & courteous. They made diagnosis and discussed several options. Dino made it very clear to me what they were going to do, what size copper pipes they would use & how long it would take & the cost. I opted for rerouting the hot & cold pipes up to attic, and down to affected shower, toilet & sink.
Their price was not low but reasonable. The lowest bidder is not often the best work, nor is a high bidder guaranteed to do a good job either. Reputation is everything to me. It should be for you too.I I don't like to gamble with my time, my house, my nerves or my money. Patriot plumbing in Torrance is highly rated on Angie's list. I also had them replace the dry wall that needed to be removed in order to re-pipe. I did the re-painting the walls myself. The underground hot & cold water pipes will no longer be used. I don't need to worry about pipes ever leaking under the slab again.
I could've chose the easy & cheapest way: have them break thru the floor, the concrete slab, the fix the pipe then cover everything up. Then I'd need to replace our concrete, fix the flooring, etc. unless I wanted to pay them for doing it. And the problem can happen again!! And next time, there could be extensive water damage too. How much more would that cost?!?!
They worked on schedule, and clean up after each day. My peace of mind is priceless.
I would use them again & recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

Got someone within the hour and the pricing is reasonable.

I was referred to Dependable Graham and called them out to check out my A/C units. Bill came out spent about 40 minutes, replaced two small parts and charged me $405. I then asked him how much it would cost to move the two A/C units over 14 inches. He first said $500 and then moved it up to $600. I then called Randy, the owner at Patriot Heating, Air & Plumbing (714) 422-8625.
Randy at Patriot said over the phone it would not be over $500. I called Dependable Graham back and asked them if they would match that price and they told me NO. Randy came out a couple of hours that same day, moved them over 14 inches, re-taped the padding on the lines and only charged me $140. Randy at Patriot has my business for life. Marie

As I was driving out of my complex, I saw a Patriot Plumbing van at a neighbor's place. I pulled over and talked to the technician to see if he had time to take a look at my slow draining bathroom sink. He took down my information and passed it along to the office.

I received a phone call from Mike in an hour and he scheduled a technician to come by to my house later that afternoon. As soon as Mike found out there was a delay, he gave me a call to update me on the status of the technician.

Fred the plumber showed up, and was friendly with me and my dog. =) He noticed that my house is a ""no shoes"" house, and took his shoes off outside without me even asking! I really appreciated that! =)

Fred was quick to diagnose why the water drained so slowly in my bathroom sink, and was also quick to fix it. Speedy, friendly, trustworthy service!
