We had James O out today to fix some slow drains. He went above and beyond the call of duty (than just snaking a drain). He cameraed in the line and found some roots and unleveled drain lines causing the back up. On top of it he crawled under the house to cross reference his findings, took pictures and reviewed everything with me. Upon fixing one bathroom he gave me a cost breakdown and what it would cost to bring everything up to smooth flowing standards. I would highly recommend James, his professionalism and thoroughness to anyone in need of plumbing coverage!

We had a new washer installed only to find out our valves were leaking. We called Patriot Plumbing and they came out within the hour! The technician was very nice and took care of everything fast and even helped hook up my washer drain and made sure everything worked before he left. Called about a slow leak in the main water line. Fred and Mike came out at the appointed time and quickly discovered the source of the leak. After locating the problem pipe ( a ""repair"" done by a gardner, done with PVC ) they trimmed the PVC and replaced it with copper. All in the span of a few hours. Very happy with their service.
