Sent someone who complained the whole time he was there saying he wanted to go home. Overweight and huffing and puffing......

I initially called to have my kitchen sink cleared of a stoppage. They bring in a snake and proceed to snake from under the sink. It took them a while and ultimately, they were unable to get it cleared.

Ok, sometimes at the end of the day we don't have on our thinking caps and we are not as quick witted as we could be. Why do people ask stupid questions like why do I need your Master Plumber's License? Only people on Staten Island would be stupid enough to get angry at a customer for asking such a thing. Nothing nefarious about that question when you want to confirm you are doing business with a LICENSED AND INSURED company. GTFOH. Making him look bad in front of the boss? CTFU. Boss should know smart people hire companies that their bona fides in order.

Rates seemed fair. They took all the stuff they bought in back out and left the little mess they made (no problem) I'll leave it to clean up after I get the sink fixed.

Would you go to a doctor and not know if he is licensed to practice medicine? Want just anyone working on your electric? I don't. The rest of Staten Island can do what they want. I was not charged, though by the time I went up to get checkbook to come back down to see how much I should give them for trying (not what they quoted me), they were already gone.

Needed a local plumber to fix a plumbing issue that I had for weeks and found Patriot Plumbing & Heating information online. Contacted the company and spoke to Lorri who's extremely helpful and informative had provided a quick turnaround scheduled less than 24hours notices and completed the job within the hour. I highly would recommend to all as I would definitely be utilizing them on all future projects.

. First time using patriot plumbing. Guys got out to the house within a couple hours for an ongoing drain issue. Worked on and fixed the issue quickly and quietly. They were polite and professional . Would definitely use again in the future ..

Tournquist was going to charge 77 year old mother 7500 plus dollars to reconnect a gas line, check for leaks and put in a meter. Sal got the entire job done for 2300

I am always so astounded with the service that I get from Patriot Plumbing. Your customer service skills are far above the rest. Every time I call to schedule an appointment I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism beyond compare! You need to be commended. The staff that comes to my house for plumbing repairs are always extremely professional, honest, fair, and courteous. We asked Patriot Plumbing to install a brand new heater in our bathroom, which cost us over $1000 to replace. Unfortunately, after replacing the heater it still does not work properly. Therefore the super of our building had to replace the valves again. We also asked the plumber to put new valves on the heaters (which we were charged over $300 for) in our two other rooms and we called the plumber twice because the valves did not work with these heaters. When we called the plumber to complain he said ""...I consider this issue closed"" and hung up on us. In the invoice from the plumber he charged us for changing the valves with a one year guarantee. The building super confirmed that the valves that the plumber installed were not sufficient and the heaters would not work with these valves. The building super had to install the brand new valves for us instead. When we asked the plumber why we were changed so much for supposedly changing two valves that did not work with our heaters Sal's response was ""...I am the only plumber in the building and I have permission and insurance to work in the building"". Also, the plumber tried to charge us another $1000 to change the heater in another bedroom even though the only thing that needed to be changed was the valve. It seems that Patriot Plumbing is using the fact that they have insurance and access to our building as a means to rip off customers and not do the work that is required. We will never use Patriot Plumbing again and I highly recommend anyone considering using them to find a different plumber.

Chris and AJ, and Sal of course, have done extensive plumbing work as part of my renovation of a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in an old building in Manhattan. They had to be creative to solve many of the problems and they were definitely up to the work. The final job they did was to install a Toto Neorest 550H toilet/bidet. They did it well and quickly. Impressed with the quality of the work.
