Let's see, I am not delusional about time frame quoted. I am not delusional over $145.00 bid to replace an item that would take more time to walk to the truck and get than to replace. And retail cost for the part was under $11.00. System collapse one day later, I did not abusively talk to technician, who, by the way was courteous, clean and efficient. I did say I thought that was really irritating and upsetting to have a separate fee, and I might re-think being a vip member. And I agreed to pay the fee. I am not delusional that calling any other establishment at 3 pm for a same day service just ain't going to happen. It is true that I overestimated the yearly cost of the vip by about $35.00, pretty close going on best recollection. When I signed up on vip I was told about preseason check LAST YEAR, and was told that I had to put it off because it was already hot season. Yes, she signed me off the system. Lastly, there was no attempt to assuage my irritation. It was 100 percent you you you in the most dulcet tones. And, the best: The capacitor was 100 per cent functional, failure was a cost almost nothing fuse.

I started using them in September of 2017. I have had them out about 8 times and each time they find something new to fix and it works for a couple of weeks. This last time they didn't repair it right and it damaged something else, now they want me to pay them another $400 to fix their mistake. I am trying to give them one more chance to fix their mistake before I take them to BBB.

Good quality products, but very expensive. Then to make matters worse, I ordered a heat pump but they installed a regular A/C with a heater. They sent me $300 back saying that's the difference between the two units. I also was given a few free plumbing and heating inspections to compensate. But isn't that a pretty big deal to put in the wrong unit from what was ordered?

I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener.

I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer.

I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure.

The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener.

I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

I'm updating my review. Altough they might not be the least expensive they are prompt and they do good work. They did some repairs for me last year and everything went well, their trip charge is fair relative to other firms and the repair lasted.

Recently I called them for a job and we got it fixed while waiting for them to arrive and they cordially understood that we were able to fix it ourselves even though they were on their way from Wenatchee. Much appreciated.

They have good and thorough in home technicians who do a giid job..and explain what they dud and what problems might need to be dealt with.

The appointment scheduling via website or email is very spotty.

I had a spring tune scheduled. Then i agreed to reschedule as a result if a heat wave.

But had to call to reschedule rather than them calling me.

Had appointment set via email.

Then next day had a missed call to ""schedule""

But already had appoitment??

Did this twice.

Then actually had to call. To ""guarantee"" they would be there.

That's tough when I coordinate with a renter.

Their technical service is awesome. Their admin is very spotty

Thank you so much for your quick response time and knowledgeable and professional service. With a main water shut off not working we were without water. We recently experienced a major plumbing issue in the crawl space under our home. We called Patriot Plumbing and the response was very quick. Their rep walked through our home and crawled under our house. He spent a great deal of time explaining what would need to be done to correct all of our issues: cutting into walls, removing and replacing all domestic water supply piping. We received several bids and moved forward with Patriots services. The plumbers were professional, timely, thorough: they took great care to cover our floors as the weather outside was snowy and inclement. Our project took them three or so days to complete. We are extremely pleased with the results. We found Patriot Plumbing a pleasure to work with. Plumbing is an expensive proposition. Our confidence in Patriot Plumbing and Chris's expertise was worth every penny. We HIGHLY recommend Patriot Plumbing.

I cant say enough good about these guys. They arrived when they said they would, and diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly. Also, and most important, they let ME decide what course to take. After 2 cancelled appointment times on their end I was frustrated to get a call from them stating they were too busy and I should call someone else. It would have helped to know this from the start rather than wasting half a week of hoping they'd show up.
It is hot out so I'll give them the benefit of being busy, just wish they had better organization and communication so my time wasn't wasted.
