Had them visit to replace a hot water heater. Before you know it they did the old hey sorry we out of stock and all we have is the stainless steel model and sorry but it's $5000+ and I said oh okay no problem. How about we replace the kitchen sink faucet while we are at it ???

He quoted me $956 to replace the faucet. It was then I asked him to leave. I now have a new hot water tank being delivered and yes stainless steel and expansion tank and $1200 FYI. My handy mans father is a general contractor and will install. I'm very old but was not born yesterday.

Would never use had a tech named ryan come out . Very disrespectful. Didnt care to hear the problem just jumped to I need this and that . Wont ever use again .

I needed a main valve shutoff replaced near Lake Wenatchee. Called Patriot on New Year's eve, they scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and did great work at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Tops of new washer set were scratched but Patriot took care of it! Very professional install

Complicated install! We had a new electrical panel installed in our double wide. While some scaring will occur when items are installed what really bothered my wife is that the top of her brand new champagne colored washer was scratched up as it was used for a work platform, even though she put a towel on top, it evidently was moved out of the way. Other than that a very professional install! Lets hope the HVAC startup goes just as well!

Called and scheduled for Friday from 9:00-11:00, have a backed up septic line and 30 people coming for the weekend. I get a text on Friday morning that says ""This Patriot Plumbing. We have a staff shortage today and are unable to get to you. We will have to reschedule. We will reach out to you later to find another time. Thank you.""

I have nothing good to say about this company. They use a text message to cancel a commitment. Terrible customer service when I called to ask about the cancellation, the person wasn't pleasant to speak with and took zero responsibility. I wouldn't use them for anything.

Disappointed in Patriot . Had them come out for an estimate for repairs. They spent 10 minutes looking at Heat pump unit then did Hard sell for over an hour in my house telling me that I needed a new heat pump and a new furnace because new unit wouldn't be compatible with new heat pump. ""motor was wrong size, copper tubing was in wrong place and a few other things then charged 90 plus dollars. and gave a check for money off when I got repairs done really now, $90 plus dollars. Had another company repair for very reasonable price no sales pitch just did a good job.

Just paid 692 dollars for a copper fitting and 30 minutes of work. Thanks for finding the problem but that is robbery!

Let's see, I am not delusional about time frame quoted. I am not delusional over $145.00 bid to replace an item that would take more time to walk to the truck and get than to replace. And retail cost for the part was under $11.00. System collapse one day later, I did not abusively talk to technician, who, by the way was courteous, clean and efficient. I did say I thought that was really irritating and upsetting to have a separate fee, and I might re-think being a vip member. And I agreed to pay the fee. I am not delusional that calling any other establishment at 3 pm for a same day service just ain't going to happen. It is true that I overestimated the yearly cost of the vip by about $35.00, pretty close going on best recollection. When I signed up on vip I was told about preseason check LAST YEAR, and was told that I had to put it off because it was already hot season. Yes, she signed me off the system. Lastly, there was no attempt to assuage my irritation. It was 100 percent you you you in the most dulcet tones. And, the best: The capacitor was 100 per cent functional, failure was a cost almost nothing fuse.

I started using them in September of 2017. I have had them out about 8 times and each time they find something new to fix and it works for a couple of weeks. This last time they didn't repair it right and it damaged something else, now they want me to pay them another $400 to fix their mistake. I am trying to give them one more chance to fix their mistake before I take them to BBB.
