Had to use these guys by force with American Hlme Shield. I'm thinking that's an indication of going with the lowest bidder that needs all the business they can get. I had a sink dislodged from an over powered garbage disposal causing extreme shaking and vibration. Also an easy faucet replacement for a leak. Needless to say, they did not perform any repairs because they passed the buck on resuring the sink claiming that I need a contractor to reinstall the sink. What kind of plumber doesnt know how to install or resecure a sink?! My father has been doing plumbing for 40 years and when asked, he's never heard of a plumber claiming not knowing how to install or secure a sink. Laughable and clearly inexperienced. Look elsewhere even for the simplest of jobs.

The WORSE!! AHS contracted them to fix a leak in my rental property. They assessed it as a slab leak under my living room floor and quoted me $16,000!!!! After a second opinion, turns out it was a waterline leak OUTSIDE THE HOUSE and only cost $900. Their customer service was HORRIBLE!

DO NOT USE THESE LAZY SLOBS!!!! *** LOOK BELOW EVERYONE!!! They did the EXACT SAME THING TO SOMEONE ELSE TOO!!!****. The guy came out, didn't do crap!!! Told us we didn't have a valve for him to unclog our drains, and then gave us a ridiculous quote for $1200!!!! We call another plumber an hour later and they told us and showed us where the valve was!!! They ripped us off!!! We called and called and called and no answer, no call back and no response of course!!! THIS IS NOT WHO YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Believe me, God knows I wish I NEVER LET THIS LAZY SO CALLED PLUMBER IN OUR HOME!!!!!!! DO NOT DO NOT USE PATRIOT PLUMBING!!!!!!! He's a heavy set man that literally comes in your home with NO TOOLS and claims he cannot fix whatever he problem is but takes your $100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid Patriot Plumbing. Bad service, lacks experience, rude and unprofessional plumber. He showed up and decided I should pay him $1,500 even though the leaks under the kitchen were due to a broken P-trap and fully covered by my Home Warranty company. He then went on a tirade stating code violations for a home built 19 years ago in a top neighborhood. My second opinion plumber fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes.

Heat went out the day before Thanksgiving. A friend recommended this company. I did need to wait till the day after Thanksgiving but they did answer the phone. The lady that answered the call was genuinely concerned and eagerly wanted to assist in our misfortune. The technician came out to the house as promised that same day and did take care of our home by wearing the protective booties. We were quoted a price and given the hoopla of buying a membership to get a seemingly better discount off of this service. Since the issue was not immediately able to be we were told someone will call us when part was obtained. We did sign up for the membership to give it a try. Hope this goes well over the next year. Overall I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I wish there was transparency in the cost of repairs. Our system was still under a parts warranty and it was not clear if we got charged for a part or not and we supposedly got a discount from the purchase of the membership. This is perhaps standard in the industry but the service was friendly and seemed personal. Look forward to the next year of care from this company.

Back in May 2014, I had the pleasure of working w/Gary Williams, the owner of Patriot after I had originally declined the estimate from one of his sales reps back before the summer when I was considering a new HVAC system for my townhome. This original estimate was higher than I had anticipated and more so than the other ones I was fielding too at the time to the point I had taken Patriot out of the running of the system. Gary though wanted my business I could tell and called me several times to discuss what he could do to earn it. That impressed me a lot as today that seems like a lost art when it comes to customer service and companies that have the ""take it or leave it"" mentality. He and I had several discussions regarding what kind of system I wanted and what he felt would best suit my home needs. In the end, he came back w/a great new estimate for a Carrier system that I liked. His pricing was competitive, fit the needs and most of all he wanted to earn my business; something I couldn't say when it came to one company in the area that has advertisements with a ""guy on the back of the truck.""
The only negative I had and it's a minor one at that is I would've liked if the technicians would've cleaned up better after taking out the old system and installing my new one. There were lots of odd ball screws and metal shavings that could've been cleaned up easily. Again this is minor and at the end of the day the most important thing is getting a new HVAC system that I feel good about and from a company I do as well.
Thanks Gary for the quality customer service
