Zero stars! They're a rip off. Had a relatively simple job and had them come out to quote it. They charged $150 for the consultation, which would be applied to the work. Then, when I asked if a permit was required (as they're the experts on that), they decided to not do the job and kept my $150. To me, if they back out for such a lame reason, I should be refunded the consultation. BTW, I've had 2 other companies since quote the job, both were considerably cheaper and neither charged a consultation fee. DON'T USE PATRIOT PLUMBING!!

Be where I am not one to leave reviews ever but if you're in need of a plumber do not use Patriot plumbing. The owner Jimmy is very unprofessional and a scam artist. We agreed on an estimate for a house renovation and now that he collected most of the money , It was time to do the trim and he wanted to charge me more to come out sooner. He has thrown different charges at me both times he came to my house. He added an extra $500 in charges to do my tub install when that was already included in the estimate. Words can't describe what a sketchy person he is bad business man, And was also the biggest nightmare of my house renovation. I will have to hire another plumber now to finish the job so I can move back into my house. He doesn't even deserve a star for what he did to me. I just want homeowners to know that I took the time out of my day So you don't make the same mistake in hiring him as I did. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME.. Its unfortunate in this world we live in today that people like this can stay in business

Contacted Patriot Plumbing for a quote for a Water Heater. It took them 2 WEEKS to get me a quote. Question: If you need a Water Heater, can you wait 2 weeks to get a quote? Due to the extended amount of time to get the quote, I asked for a refund, and they said NO. Extremely unprofessional. If you need a water heater, I'd advise going elsewhere. I live out of state. They did a great job on the replumbing of my house; however, that being said I specifcally requested they repair the toilet inside my house specifically because the toilet was running. An email response told me they did. A few months after the repipe I recieved a notice from Daytona about excessive water use. Up until the month of excessive water use which was when I had a contractor conducting wall repairs the water was turned on at that time. It was the only time the water had been turned on. Accordingly, when I called Patriot Plumbing to check it out, I was very shocked when they called to tell me the toilet was running. I was even more shocked by the $2400 water bill from the city. I notified Patriot Plumbing and didn't get as much as an apology, in fact I got an argument turning it around on me. I even had emails I sent to prove my request to fix the toilet during the re-pipe job. Even though they did overall good work and within budget, this extra $2400 for water brought it over any other estimates. Although I wouldn't recommend them, if you do, get very very specific everything in writing and I would suggest recording any and every conversation. Very disappointed.

Great service. Arrived on time and spent more than enough time getting the job done... and done correctly. Jimmy did not come alone. He had two assistants with him which was good since there was two separate jobs to do, (I had been putting one off). Very personable and professional. Cleaned up afterwards and didn't forget any of their tools. Highly recommend!

Wanted an estimate on cost to install a pedestal sink in my bathroom. I provided detailed description of the bathroom where I want it installed and the environment it will be in. They want to charge $95 and have someone come out to give an estimate. Wouldn't give me any range or idea of pricing so I can evaluate whether I want to pay to get an estimate from them. Yes, if you use them, they apply that to your invoice, but if they quote you some outrageous amount you are out $95. Not worth the risk, there are better choices out there that will provide free onsite estimates or at minimum provide a ballpark range to expect.
