Our water heater had a pipe break and leaked everywhere causing damage. We were without water at all and when I called patriot plumbing at 0730, they were incredible. Kirk has a really nice family business, they were able to accommodate a tankless water heater install the very same day and were so kind and professional. It was a huge relief to have this addressed the same day, very honest business that I would recommend to anyone.

Stay away from this company and trust the bad reviews.
We paid them to fix an issue with our shower and it cost almost 1,200 dollars. We tried to call them to come back and fix the issue that was still occurring. Left many voicemails for him and no answer back. The owner Krik is awful. We disputed the charge with our bank and the bank told us that the owner Krik is very angry and doesn't want to dispute the charge.

We recently had an incident where someone came to our house around 4:45 pm and cut our water pressure line. We didn't realize this until our water was not working. The city came and showed us what damage was done. Seems like Kirk was upset at us!! WTF

Started with a nice warm tile in the kitchen...then the tile got HOT! I started freaking out wondering what in the world a slab leak was going to cost, especially since I knew the insurance would not cover it. Called Kirk on a Thursday about 4pm; he gave us the contact for a leak detector. Called him, he was out at 8am Friday morning. We got the information and called Kirk at 9:30am. Kirk had a crew at our house by 11am. The plumbers that came assessed the problem, gave us an honest, realistic quote, which we agreed to and they were off. Plumbing had to be re-routed (thank goodness no digging up the kitchen/dining room floor!!). Job was done by 4:30pm same day and our problem is solved!

Prior to calling Kirk at Patriot, I was soooooooooo stressed wondering if we were going to get taken advantage of. Not here, this guy is honest and fair and the work is TOP notch. I would never use anyone other than Patriot. (We have used them in the past and continue to go back.) I see many questionable reviews here on Yelp and it breaks my heart. I would suggest you give this company a chance. You won't be disappointed in the service or the quality of work!

My husband received a call from our water service that our next bill for two months was four times higher than normal and we did not use that water. He quickly determined that we had a leak on the main running up to the house.

He called everywhere and spoke to Patriot Plumbing. Kirk spoke with us in such a way that we knew he and his son would have the problem resolved.

Kirk and his son showed up promptly, fixed the leak, and did everything they could to help us. They understand family just as much as they know their stuff with plumbing!

With a water main break on a private unincorporated road we were in trouble. I uncovered the pipe break at a 90 degree angle where the road turns up to our place. Kirk at Patriot Plumbing responded with a plan to repair it with the sturdiest parts giving us peace of mind for years to come.

I would recommend Patriot Plumbing, without hesitation, to anyone that I know with a plumbing need.

When my toilet stopped working I knew who to call, kalli the office manager answered and was very respectful she got the boys right out to get us a new toilet and it was all put in and done within an hour or so . Very prompt and super helpful I will be calling them in the future for all my needs ! The best company ever

Kirk is a terrible human being and a poor excuse for plumber. While on my property he ran over my main water line sending water shooting down my driveway. He took a long time to fix it and two weeks later his bad repair started to leak. I dug down to see what he did to find a Sharkbite connection on the line. He couldn't even install a sharkbite properly. Never use this company, the owner does subpar work and has a terrible attitude.

Patriot plumbing also pads their reviews which is completely unethical. His son Conor wrote a 5 star review for themselves. You can see it in the list.
Please beware! Never do business with Patriot.
Kirk ripped us off for hundreds of dollars and threatened to sue us. He threatens to sue everyone. I hope his business plummets down the drain just like his ethics and personality.

This review has nothing to do with plumbing. About a month ago I called the number to report a Patriot Plumbing truck that was driving recklessly, explaining that I have dashcam video of the incident. It started with running a red light in the carpool lane of an on ramp as the two cars in the left lane were starting to move. The truck then proceeded to speed at 80+ mph along SR-125 and I-8. Picture is from the video...

I provided a description of the truck, including license plate number. I was told the manager would call me back shortly. I have not received a call back. I can only assume it's because the driver was the owner of the company.

If you're willing to put other people on the road at risk, you do not get my business and I will encourage others to avoid you as well.

Edited to add that this is apparently not abnormal. Curtis F left a similar review last year.
