I initially gave this company a good review because they were willing to show up on Saturday to fix a plumbing leak. They actually had to come back on Monday to do the work, and I was told this was a big job and it could around $500 dollars. I got a final bill for $826, which I don't think is fair according to the time they spent. I'll admit I don't really have much to compare this to, so I could be a little out of touch. However, I won't call them again because I think there are more reasonably price plumbers available.

I found my go to plumbing company! The owner Kirk and his son are very friendly and professional. I talked to them on Sunday and they came out next day and replaced my old water regulator with a new one. I highly recommend this company and I will be referring them to anyone I know who's having a plumbing issue!

I called Patriot Plumbing to come out and fix a gas leak for a house that I had in escrow (closing a few days) and they immediately confirmed a time and showed up (on time!). They fixed the leak within 15 minutes and I was able to schedule a final walk through right away. Thank you!

We had a plumbing emergency at our home. Our toilet overflowed into our master bedroom, hallway, and living room. We needed a qualified plumber to inspect and document the reason for the flood. I called multiple plumbers who needed 3 to four day lead times and Patriot was able to do the inspection in less than 8 hours! If you find yourself in a pickle and need a reputable plumber now! I would contact Patriot as they were honest and the cost was reasonable as well as timely.

he over charge for his work and told the bill would 395.000 after the work.. i had only 325.00 and he said that would do? he use a tv camera to see what the problem was. i have had this done before and was charge only 98.00 for the same problem. I am 81 years old and was taken advantage of. I would never use this company again.

This guy takes up two parking spots on a Friday night in a busy parking lot with limited spots by blatantly parking at a 45 degree angle. And just whips it out and pees in the parking lot next to his truck. Are you kidding me?? Have some decency like a normal human being. This is great advertisement for Patriot Plumbing. Keep up the good work.

I said on an earlier review that I had been using this plumber for 15 years. Actually, it is closer to 22 years. When I had them replace a water heater 18 years ago, Kirk recommended an expansion tank above the water heater because the water pressures were very high in Rancho San Diego. So, had a pressure relief valve and an expansion tank put in. It is hard to argue with getting 18 years out of a hot water tank.

I also forgot to mention the good work this company did on a slab leak. All my neighbors have gone thru this drill. The guy across the street even tried jack hammering his slab whenever a leak occurred. Patriot routed the plumbing thru the attic and in my opinion underbid the job. After about the 5th day of them showing up, there was no doubt. Was there any whining or trying to renegotiate the deal? None.

Kirk pointed out that the new water heater (1/5/2018) was made in the USA. I appreciate this sort of detail. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I don't expect an immediate response to being out of hot water. I just want the job done right so that I can go 18 years without calling back. Kirk and his son are the real deal.
