When my toilet stopped working I knew who to call, kalli the office manager answered and was very respectful she got the boys right out to get us a new toilet and it was all put in and done within an hour or so . Very prompt and super helpful I will be calling them in the future for all my needs ! The best company ever

Kirk is a terrible human being and a poor excuse for plumber. While on my property he ran over my main water line sending water shooting down my driveway. He took a long time to fix it and two weeks later his bad repair started to leak. I dug down to see what he did to find a Sharkbite connection on the line. He couldn't even install a sharkbite properly. Never use this company, the owner does subpar work and has a terrible attitude.

Patriot plumbing also pads their reviews which is completely unethical. His son Conor wrote a 5 star review for themselves. You can see it in the list.
Please beware! Never do business with Patriot.
Kirk ripped us off for hundreds of dollars and threatened to sue us. He threatens to sue everyone. I hope his business plummets down the drain just like his ethics and personality.

This review has nothing to do with plumbing. About a month ago I called the number to report a Patriot Plumbing truck that was driving recklessly, explaining that I have dashcam video of the incident. It started with running a red light in the carpool lane of an on ramp as the two cars in the left lane were starting to move. The truck then proceeded to speed at 80+ mph along SR-125 and I-8. Picture is from the video...

I provided a description of the truck, including license plate number. I was told the manager would call me back shortly. I have not received a call back. I can only assume it's because the driver was the owner of the company.

If you're willing to put other people on the road at risk, you do not get my business and I will encourage others to avoid you as well.

Edited to add that this is apparently not abnormal. Curtis F left a similar review last year.

I had a great experience with patriot plumbing. Kirk was able to come out promptly to address my multiple plumbing issues throughout my home. He was knowledgeable, courteous friendly, timely, professional, trustworthy and extremely reasonable regarding his charges for my repairs. I could not be a happier customer and would recommend them for any of your plumbing repairs.

Super septic issues followed by a clogged line. They were out here in and hour and a half to help us. Wonderful guys who would be here as long as needed. Very thankful and would recommend to anyone!!!

I put a request quote and he came same day to check out the issue. He recommended some people to hire to help the issue and still working on it until it's fully fix. My lift station / septic tank broke. Since December 2018 I have been having issues. I got one company but I'm tired of wasting my money and not being fix. I got Patriot's plumbing to take over and I'm truly satisfied. Hope the issue can be resolve. Septic tank/lift station is not a joke.

I called them in the morning to fix my clogged kitchen sink. They got a plumber over later that morning, highly professional, fixed the problem, reasonable cost, very easy company to work with, I would call them again for any future problem I might have. I have used several other plumbers in San Diego and this group is by far the best.

Oh my goodness! We have just had the most horrible experience with Patriot Plumbing. Kirk came out with his son, seemed very nice. We needed a shower knob replaced, we told him we thought it was a turn knob, so he brought out that kind. We were wrong; he said he would bring out the right one the next day. We never heard from him from that Tuesday to the following Sunday. Then he said he would come by Monday...never heard from him until Thursday night when he left a message on my husband's phone saying he was going to put a lien on our house if we didn't return his call and pay his service call. The most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. And to top it off, he threatened to sue if we left a bad review. It would be irresponsible of us if we did NOT let our neighbors know of this kind of behavior.

Had a very poor experience with this company. Kirk was very rude and when we questioned services they provided poorly, he showed up at our house in his personal vehical and demanded we pay him immediately had a very rude confrontation with my husband. Will never recommend or use their services again. Very unprofessional.
