My main water line broke, I had no water and needed the repair done asap. I called someone and got a quote for around $3k. Patriot came the next day and ran a new water line 60 ft from the street to my house and charged me around $2k. Friendly people, fast service, would definitely recommend.

Will never use them again. Total rip off. Out of 4 plumbing issues he fixed 1 and charged me for parts I did not want or need. Left with no estimates or plans to fix the rest. Over $200 and all I got was a leaky faucet fixed and their trash left in my driveway!! Not nice, friendly or helpful!!!

They waited 3 days to handle an emergency call for a broken water line and then showed up at noon. When they arrived they never gave us an estimate or told us of the need to be paid immediatly when the job was over. They after being told where the break occured dug for two hours to reach the spot to repair then continued digging absorbing six hours and snivilling because they were digging in old backfill which they never would have got to if they found the leak where it really was. All this before finally capping the break that was exposed at the two hour point. They then said they charge 165.00 per hour and presented a giant bill to pay. They never gave an estimate of charges for the job prior to starting the job. They also never gave us a written bill(invoice) even after saying they would and then demanded cash payment for hundreds of dollars inspite of the fact that it could have been fixed in two hours. Very unprofessional and not to mention incompetence on the part of the person doing the work. What ever they think about me should not give them a good reason to do unnessary digging for an additional four hours and charge us hundreds of dollars extra. Do yourself a favor and find a different plumbing company.

The plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and explained why we had the issue. He repaired it and issued the bill.
