Recommended Customer Reviews

I would recommend Patriot Mechanical for hot water heaters and air conditioners. They have personal and friendly service, are trustworthy, and came back to help increase the temp on my hot water heater when I asked.

I highly recommend Patriot Mechanical to anyone with HVAC needs. They always provide outstanding service, are knowledgeable, clean, affordable and friendly. They respond and let communicate very well and are eager to help you solve your ac issues with sensible solutions.

I highly recommend Christian and Patriot Mechanical to all my friends.Outstanding service from start to finish. Calling the office for appointment is very easy. Stacie will make you feel comfortable, and keep you informed every step. Christian and his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help you solve your ac issues with affordable solutions.

Crooks! They were out for 5-7 minutes (no exaggeration) and I get a bill for $340?! The company stated that they did all this extra work that they never did. Definitely one of the worst companies out there, stay away!!!

Worst AC company. They installed a brand new unit at my work and it breaks down after no more then 6 months on use. We called to get it fixed, it takes them 8 hours to come out and look at it. When they showed up the tech said the unit is too hot for them to work on and they would need to come tomorrow. (It is now over 100 degrees in the office.) When we asked if we would be taken care of first thing in the morning the tech shrugged and said he needs to speak with dispatch but does not think they will be able to show up until early afternoon... When my district manager heard about this he flipped. He made them send back out a tech to take care of the problem now. The tech came back out and what do ya know, the unit was cool enough to work on. They now are trying to make my company pay for work that is covered under our maintenance agreement. Horrible customer services, from both the office personnel and their AC techs.
