We contacted Patrick's Hot Water early in the morning and they were able to come out within a few short hours to look at our hot water heater. So thankful that they diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it for us. Our hot water heater will eventually need to be replaced and we will for sure be reaching back out to them. Patrick and his son-in-law did a great job in replacing our hot water heater. Their price was great (Home Depot's sub contractor wanted $1500.00 more) and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and why. After running dealership service departments for over 25+ years it's great to come across a tradesman who takes pride in their workmanship and does what he says.

Patrick was prompt, professional, and a straight shooter. His quote was reasonable and the actual final cost; no up selling or expensive surprises. He explained everything as he want along and gave me a tutorial on my new unit. He did such a nice, clean job I actually like looking at my water heater now! Previously, it was covered in a hideous blanket. Last night when my garage started flooding from my old unit, I was not looking forward to today but Patrick took care of everything. The phrase that comes to mind is, ""good old fashion customer service."" If you want the job done well, done right, and done on time then I highly recommend you give him a call with any hot water issues.

I found Pat working on a neighbors property..... Pat installed a new tankless Navien hot water heater for me. Pat arrived on time, his quote and time frame for installation was on point. Pat had to create custom venting for my specific garage layout and everything works and looks great. It's great to support local business and the person working is the name on the van! First, I must admit that I am a demanding customer. So I don't say this often....Patrick's Hot Water exceeded my expectations on my water heater replacement. Responsive, friendly, and thorough. His quote was significantly lower than the 'big' plumbing companies and his workmanship was superb. If you need water heater service, don't forget to call Patrick's Hot Water. You will be pleased.
