From my initial call through service they are an incredibly efficient and professional company that I'm glad I can call on whether it's preventative sewer hydro-jet, a slow drain or a massive sewer back up that needs emergency attention. They did inspections when we were buying the house and were absolutely great. We would have loved to hire them to do the work as they knew the pipes already, but scheduling was very hard. When we finally got the date, they canceled it a couple of hours prior by email and said that they'll need to reschedule for the next day or following week. I said no problem, just let us know, but they never got back to us. I contacted them later for an update and never got a reply. It's fine if they're busy, but why not just say so instead of ghosting.

I have used them for years for the home I've owned for over 25 years. They are honest & prompt. I recently returned from months out of town on a job and when I came back, the pipes are clogged. They came out on a Saturday, unclogged the pipes & the price was very reasonable. But just three weeks later the outdoor sewer pipe was backing up again - I called them & they came out the very next day and cleared the pipes at NO CHARGE. Now that's good business - that's how you keep customers for life. Highly recommended!

After going through the plumber my insurance provided (took four days to show up, said it wasn't covered and only attempted the fix to my kitchen sink being clogged begrudgingly), Patrick's Drainology was a night and day difference. Mike did a sewer line inspection for a home purchase, and I couldn't believe how thorough he was. He communicated everything clearly and answered all our questions. There was some bad news, but don't shoot the messenger, right? I'm glad Mike found the problems, so we could address them with the seller before the sale was finalized. Whew! Look no further for a clogged drain.

After calling a few other plumbers I found on Yelp, Patrick was the only one who gave me a reasonable quote and time frame on the spot.

The plumber arrived sooner than expected and for slightly cheaper than quoted. He snaked the shower drain and tested with water 5 times before completely unclogging. My drain was 99.9% blocked and he fixed it within 30 minutes. Further, he was very professional, pleasant and quick to fix.

I definitely recommend calling Patrick.

Had Patrick come out again. Its been a few years since the last review I wrote. Received the same great service and once again gave them a well deserved 5 stars. He did an awesome job hydro jetting and running a camera through the sewer line. Patrick is very thorough, honest and informative. thanks to him we have full confidence in the integrity of the sewer line and that will save us many thousands as we were contemplating replacing the whole line. (We had been given bad advice from another company that ran a camera and wanted 10K to replace the line.)
