On the recommendation of a friend who is also a general contractor, I began using this company several years ago. Their prices are very reasonable and they show up the day you call. They are reliable. I have worked with Patrick and his son. I have an old house and the shower backs up occasionally from my thick head of hair. I feel at peace knowing they are always there for me.

I was recommended to Drainology by my cousin who's a contractor. I have used them seven or eight times over the past 10 years and they are always perfect. They answer the phone when you call, they show up when they say they will and they fix the problem quickly. They aren't very expensive either. I have recommended them to friends over the years and everyone loves them. I wish I had other contractors who were as good as they are.

I called Patrick with Drainology told him I had a bathroom sink clogged and barely draining. He sent his son Patrick over, who was very nice and professional. He had the drain cleared within 15 minutes, no mess and they were on their way. I would call these guys every time.

Patrick is the best! I don't know how anyone would not be satisfied with his work. Something was stuck in the pipe connecting one bathroom tub and the toilet to the rest of my house and water started backing up to both the tub and the toilet. I was freaking out and called Drainology around 9am. The lady was nice enough to accommodate me and scheduled a same day appointment right away. Patrick came around 12pm and fixed everything in 2 hours. The snake was not long enough to reach the area that's stuck through the toilet so he had to go onto the roof to do it. The price was very reasonable and Patrick is very nice! I know that if anything is broken again at my house I can rely on Patrick now. He is professional and experience and I highly recommend him!

I don't know what low expectations these other folks have of a plumbing company, but I've now hired them a few times to do sewer scopes and have lived to regret it. If Mike comes out, its a fairly good experience, but their reports take several days to come back and you basically have to beg for them. If Patrick comes out, you can just forget it. His reviews are sloppy, his work is sloppy, and his reports are sloppy. What's truly frightening is Patrick is the owner.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same great experience ""others"" are reporting.
It took serious effort to have them service my unit.
They were referred to me so I emailed, called...etc.
I did not hear from them until 2 days later, even when their outgoing phone message states they return calls within 10 minutes. I didn't expect them to call within 10 minutes but at least withing an hour.
Nope, they didn't call until two days later.
Two days after initial contact, they sent a very young guy who spent over 2.5 hours to fix the sink and he wasn't able to fix it.
The next day, another guy came and finally fixed the clogged sink.

I wasted a LOT of time waiting for them to show up. They were never on time either.

NEVER AGAIN if I have a choice. Yelpers, be warned as the glowing reviews could deceive you.
NO, I DO NOT recommend this company, especially if you have an emergency.
