Kitchen sinked backed up on a Sunday, called Roto Hero because they said 24/7 & had +8k 4 star reviews. They communicated well. The seemingly very nice guy came Monday morning & told me I had $13k worth of problems (showed very blurry camera shots of roots). Called Drainology for 2nd opinion--Devin came on time w a very clear camera, said just needed snaking. 90 min later, his snaker, Jorge, came, plunged the drain a few times, and problem was gone. Didn't even take 5 minutes. Didnt even need to unscrew anything. I will most definitely call Drainology next time I have a problem. Thanks, Devin & Jorge, you saved us $13k!

From my initial call through service they are an incredibly efficient and professional company that I'm glad I can call on whether it's preventative sewer hydro-jet, a slow drain or a massive sewer back up that needs emergency attention. They did inspections when we were buying the house and were absolutely great. We would have loved to hire them to do the work as they knew the pipes already, but scheduling was very hard. When we finally got the date, they canceled it a couple of hours prior by email and said that they'll need to reschedule for the next day or following week. I said no problem, just let us know, but they never got back to us. I contacted them later for an update and never got a reply. It's fine if they're busy, but why not just say so instead of ghosting.

I have used them for years for the home I've owned for over 25 years. They are honest & prompt. I recently returned from months out of town on a job and when I came back, the pipes are clogged. They came out on a Saturday, unclogged the pipes & the price was very reasonable. But just three weeks later the outdoor sewer pipe was backing up again - I called them & they came out the very next day and cleared the pipes at NO CHARGE. Now that's good business - that's how you keep customers for life. Highly recommended!
