I do not recommend. I made an appointment for a shower drain cleaning ""after hours"". And let me explain that after hours means 5:15pm. That's not that late. They explained it would be more expensive for the cleaning in the evening which I understood but as soon as the guy showed up, he wanted to charge me an additional $400 Without even doing anything. No thank you. Very poor customer service. I had to pay the guy $80 just to walk across my threshold to say no thank you for the rest of your service.

This is a followup after I submitted a negative review a couple of months ago. It took a bit of doing beyond calling them to complain, but in the end they did a great job and made it right. Othere than the fact I had to prod hard, I would give them 5 stars. Please replace my * with ****.

I finally fired them. Had a service contract with them for seven years. it's really no value. They only use it to find things to gouge you on the repair. They charge as much as ten times what a fair market price would be. They prey on people who don't know and can't do anything themselves. They wanted $800 just to empty my water heater and place a pan under it. Did it myself for $30. Stay away from these guys.

They came out to give me an estimate on whether my door bell chime in the house was working. After I explained what I wanted asked for a $280 service fee just to look at it.

Got a plumbing technician that when he called me to confirm he was on the way, his phone registered caller ID as George Brazil, my fisrt sign that this may not be a good start. When they technician arrived, he did nto seem to enthused, made me feel like i was putting him out. when we commenced the work and he notice a sheard shft in a shower valve cartridge, he imediately wanted to changed the entire valve in the wall, did not even want to try to remove and replace the Moen cartridge. He tried avarious time to tell me it was too hard and even went as far as to sya even if he could change the cartidge, it woudl cost more that $500 to replace (part plus labor) a clear sign of doom. I habve replaced these in the past and the artridge does not cost that much, worst case is $60 at a local plumbing store. I tld him NO and then i proecceded to pay him the 79.95 service call fee and sent him and his company on his way. I found another groupd of companies that would only charge ne $500 or so the change the entire valve if I decided to go that route. Needles to say i found another company to come out and fix it. Lessons learned about the Patrick Riley and or possibly the Geoge Brazil talent pool these days. Sad state of affairs when our spo called professionals are like this. I long for the old days.

While the repair has been more than adequate, all that transpired was less than stellar!

BUYER BEWARE! What they promise, what they claim, and what they do differ greatly What started out as a single line repair to a broken line underneath the slab turned into a homeowners nightmare upon completion of the work.

WHAT THEY PROMISED: An electronic detection to determine the source and location of the leak (which was isolated to a water heater feed line by the homeowner) and return to original condition

WHAT THEY DID: Stuck a fishing tape down the line and wriggled it and banged it against the manifold to find the manifold.

WHAT THEY CHARGED FOR IT: $542.00 for less than 5 minutes work with a $50 device that could have been done by the homeowner himself!

WHAT TRANSPIRED: Because they did not use the promised electronic tracing unit they claimed - they opened up a 4 foot wide hole in the sheet rock covering 4 frames (@ 16inch on center), another hole above the manifold once they finally found it and yet another above the water heater hot water feed line to run the PEK

They installed a PEK line through the attic of which they mis-drilled and broke out some exterior stucco leaving a hole; they broke a sheet of R7 foam and never mentioned it; They took a HD bucket that belonged to the home owner; and they still have not called to address the stucco repair they said they would fix.

After the job was done, homeowner received an ""Oh By The Way"" YOU have to repair the sheet rock removed by Patrick RIley to fix all the holes cut out in the home at an additional expense NOT disclosed up front!

Add insult to injury, where most reputable companies offer a 10% discount to those who served, they give a .03 of 1% discount for the work done!

This company bought Isley's. Have a service agreement through Isley's. Patrick Riley calls you to schedule service at the most inappropriate time- Sunday afternoon , during the week at, 7:15in the morning...Just disrespectful.

Mario V was terrific in resolving my complex drain plug. Very professional and committed to success. I highly recommend Mario, BUT watch out for other service agents as we were taken advantage of by PR in May when they charged us $2k for essentially the same workscope AND told us our dishwasher pump was bad and the unit needed to be replaced (Mario proved this was BS and we did a load of dishes that day after his line plug fix).
