Had an amazing experience with Ron from Patrick Riley Plumbing Services yesterday. He was able to come earlier than his scheduled time which was fantastic because it gave me my whole afternoon rather than wait for him. He wore booties so he would not dirty my floors, he was quick and fixed the drain problem in about 5 minutes. He was very pleasant rather than just blah like so many work persons. He made me feel like he loved working at his profession and was happy to be able to fix my plumbing problem. And the price for the service was GREAT! Thank you Ron and Patrick Riley Services!!!!!

Patrick Riley gets a bad Rap for the techs they send out. Not all are as good as the names mentioned.
They keep striving to be the best at what they do.

The company is very professional. Customer service is awesome with quick turn around call backs.

Next time you have a problem, call the office first before writing a negative review.

I have utilized the services of Patrick Riley multiple times, for plumbing and a/c. They have always had the most friendly staff, and taken the time to go above and beyond to help ensure they provide excellent customer service! Pete and Ty are the two that have consistently helped me throughout my home remodeling process. They have been with me step by step. They are fast, efficient, and kind. Lora and Daniel are also always very helpful when I call the office. They all treat you like a part of one big family!

I wanted a company to come out and maintain my AC unit for the season. They did NOTHING but try to sell me stuff. They didn't clean it, nothing. The guy was WAY CREEPY and pushy! I did not feel comfortable alone with this man in my house. I would NEVER feel comfortable having this company back near my house. Super creepy! I do not recommend at all.

wow were to start off first we called these plumbers out to have our kitchen sink fixed and they stick jetter in and it gets stuck causing our pipe to break. there was two machines used in the process.they tell us they were not able to stick camera in drain due to water so they put jetter to clear clogged area if it wasn't possible to unclog don't keep doing to cause more damage. we are sitting in our kitchen hearing this banging noise in the pipe we knew at this point something was wrong the jetter got jammed and they leave the wire in the wall and we have a broken pipe stating this is our fault basically. We ended up being able to remove wire that was stuck in the wall all in one piece and yet the plumber couldn't. Getting second opinion from another plumber who has 12 years experience on fixing plumbing in old houses old pipes should be handled with care. i do believe this was there fault and didn't do there job properly. If there was something wrong with the pipe why do more damage this plumber should have stopped and spoke with us.

If you are concerned about being deceived by AC companies then stay away from this one. I was told it would be $59 per pound for freon. I did not know until I got the bill I needed 3 pounds at $177, or why did I need 3 pounds. Not happy and felt deceived. Will never use this company again. Why wasn't I told I needed 3 lb. before adding it? Total rip off!


I called the company to complain. I spoke to someone in charge by the name of Ted. He listened to my issue and did all of the right things. He told me he met with his technicians to prevent this issue from happening
again and refunded 50% of my expense. I was very pleased by how he handled my complaint.

Don't call these guys for service, they buy out contracts from other AC companies and try to do inspections for you and sell you more products that you don't need. Received a call today saying they are ""my"" AC company. If a company comes to your house 1 time, they are not ""my"" AC company. Person on the phone told me I was being a jerk to him because I didn't remember the name of the people who came to my house 6 months ago. Horrible customer service to call someone to make a sale and tell them they are being a jerk

I've used Patrick Riley to service the heat pump on three of my properties and they will continue being my first call for all AC issues. They are in a class of their own for their honesty, integrity, prompt service and fair pricing. Unlike some of their competitors, they haven't once tried upselling me on a brand new unit. When I called them last night at 5:33 with a service request, Chris was already calling me back at 6:13 with a complete diagnosis and cost for repair! (Didn't even think they'd be arriving that quick, let alone diagnosing it so fast!) Oliver and Freddy have both done tune-ups on a couple of my other properties, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations at a very reasonable cost. This is so much better than just hearing from a glorified salesman at one of the bigger companies telling me ""your system is old, it's time for a new one, I can give you a deal for $XXXX if you buy it today.""

I give this company to thumbs up. I called them because my air conditioning went out it came out the next day and fixed it. I called several companies and they were too busy to come out I recommend these individuals to anyone. Thank you guys

Total rip off. Needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen (like for like). All valves were good, nothing else needed to be done. Originally representative came in and showed me a price list of standard labor charges depending on service. Labor charges that he showed me for a faucet replacement was over $300. I told him no. I them told him that I thought I previously paid $240 for the same repair. He then immediately told me that he would do it for that. I agreed (stupid me).

After he left, I found the bill from the previous (reputable plumber that I should have used) and it was only $140.

The next day, a representative from the company called me and asked me about the service. I then relayed this same story to her and she seemingly empathized with me and told me that she would discuss with her boss and see what she could do. I have yet to hear back from them and that was June 14, 2017.

Thanks Patrick Riley, you have just narrowed my list of reputable and honest plumbers! You want to make this right, then come back to the table and at least meet me halfway between your $240 charge and my original $140 charge.

TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!
