Called at 11a on Saturday, they were out by 6:51p, added freon, did visual inspection and did a quick ""sniffer"" leak test. Air conditioning unit is working great just need 6 pounds of freon. The unit is less than 5 years old and must have a small leak, but could not find. Need to schedule a more detailed appointment to find the slow leak (if possible). Great customer service, just a little late on the appoint, but called BEFORE he came out to make sure I want him to come out.

Would definitely use again.

We had an AC that had been leaking refrigerant for an unknown amount of time. What triggered our finding out about it was that it would no longer cool the house. Instead of repairing the unit that had leaked, we had already made up our mind to replace it completely. It was a Goodman - very cheap and very inefficient. So, we called One Time AC and Heating (as well as several other AC companies around the valley). Of all of the companies we called, One Time AC had the lowest price for the unit we wanted. The staff that came to install it were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We have another Goodman, and when we are ready to replace it, we'll be calling on them again.

The technician arrived promptly. He called ahead so that I could sequester my dogs. He was friendly and got down to business. Our Central Air unit was not working. He identified some loose wires in the external unit and fixed them. He gave us an assessment and advised that a controller board might need replacement in the future. We were only charged for the service call. Since our unit is only 2 years old, he recommended we find out who installed it for future reference because it might still be under warranty. It seemed like he was more interested in making us happy than creating reasons to bill us. I'd give 5 stars, but he said it was a rather minor problem, so there was no need for heroics.

I called them for heating repair as the heater went out on one of my rental properties. They arrived at the agreed upon time. The tech spent no more than a few minutes and told me I would have to get a whole new HVAC as my 18 year old unit was un-repairable. I expressed interest in him giving me a bit more thorough of a diagnosis and he showed me how one of the outside condenser lines was frosting up. It was in the 40's that AM with drizzle. I was skeptical but heard the technician out. He gave me some quotes on replacement systems which started at $6000 and went up to barely under $8000 for a 4 ton split system! He charged me $59 for the service call and said they would be able to install the unit pretty soon.

I called my normal HVAC contractor West Valley Repair Service and they came out later that day. He found the problem after a couple hours and had it fixed for under $300!
I called On Time back and complained. I was told I would receive a phone call back. I called again after a few days. Finally I mentioned I would be giving a negative review as a result of being misled into needing a new HVAC and was promised a refund. After a month of not receiving my promised refund I called again and they said they had the wrong address and needed my address again. I gave it to them a second time and finally received my refund back and a letter of apology from the owner.

Beware, and DEFINITELY price out any HVAC replacements at competitors as On Time's system replacement costs are definitely on the high end which I found out last month after having to replace a unit on a different house of mine.

Our a/c stopped blowing air one night. With 3 small kids in the house we needed repairs done fast. We called On Time Air Conditioner after reading reviews on Angie's List. Greg came out at 9pm and was very nice and professional. He quickly got on the roof and diagnosed the problem right away, bad capacitors. He had the replacement parts on his truck and fixed them quickly, it took about an hour. The price was much better than I expected. I would definitely use them again.

I lead a ministry in north central Phoenix. We recently purchased a quadplex in which two of the units will be immediately occupied by a staff members serving in the area of Sunnyslope.

The units were rentals since they were built in 2005. Our staffers have some sensitivities to smoke odor and it was fair in one and very, very bad in another. We initially called to have the ducts cleaned in the bottom two units.

After I told Kristi the units were operated without air filters for years she also recommended we have the A/C coils inspected with the possibility of chemical cleaning.

Kristi scheduled them for the next day at 8am. The next day they were there.... at 8am. Not 30 minutes early or an hour late. They were there when they said they were going to be! ( I also understand a window of time is often needed).

We looked at the coils first. To say they were NASTY is an understatement. The smoke was literally CAKED on. These units were likely not running with any kind of efficiency.

I agreed to have these cleaned. It was going to be scheduled for later that day.

The air-duct cleaning / sanitizing went well and cleaned dirt and smoke.

We were in the processing of cleaning and painting the units and both technicians worked with us very well.

Start to finish this was an excellent experience.

The best proof is would we use them again. In July (or so) the two top units will vacate with current tenants and our ministry interns will be moving in... we will be calling On-Time A/C to do the work in those units as well.

We have a rental property in Litchfield Park and the tenants reported that the A/C system was making a really loud metal-clinking noise though the air was still working. Our property manager selected On Time Air based on Yelp and that they seemed to service the west side.

They were quick to respond and got out to the property right away. Our tenants said that the technician was very nice and professional and took care of the repair in a very timely manner. (They contacted me to get the okay on the quote before proceeding but then took care of everything so quickly, which is important in the summer in Arizona! My husband, who used to work in the HVAC industry, knew what the approximate cost should be and the quote was right in line.)

We were in the process of getting the property ready for sale, and upon the inspection process, it was reported that the heater didn't seem to work. It was so easy to call and coordinate with On Time Air to check out the system for us - this despite us being out-of-state and having the home 'on the market' - it was a simple fix and they took care of it at no charge to us!

I now have On Time Air bookmarked in case anything comes up in the future and have also referred them to more family members who live on the west side.
