I wish there was an option to list negative stars. My experience with this company was that bad. AHS has sent the same person to my house several times. He has not once been able to resolve my issue. He immediately defaults into what isn't covered on my warranty.

1st time, he told me I needed a new toilet. He was unable to clear a clog and I would have to pay him over $200 to remove the toilet because that wasn't covered. I removed it myself only to see that it was only toilet tissue clogging it.

2nd time, I placed a call to AHS again to have my pipes cameraed to locate a potential leak going to the exterior pipe lines. I sent pictures and communicated what was happening at my house directly to these people one the appointment was confirmed and they confirmed receipt of the pics only for them to come to my house and say they don't do camera work. (Why are you here then?!)

This time AHS sent them out to repair a leak in my basement. It leaks when both the 1st and 2nd floor tubs are ran. Again, he immediately told me that it was due to a leak under my bathroom sink on the 1st floor. Never removed the drywall or looked at the pipes in the ceiling if the pipes to see where the water was coming from. Instead he noticed i had a slow draining sink in my 1st floor bathroom and insisted the I pay them $195 to replace the strainer because they couldn't proceed without repairing that. Of course it isn't covered. But his diagnosis makes no sense and is a completely separate issue. Because that water wouldn't run into my basement when the second floor tub is running due to a clog under the 1st floor bathroom sink. I work in construction. That's not how that works. So, then he lies about checking the water in all bathrooms. to attempt to validate his claim. When I told him I have cameras in my house. You never even went upstairs to check that the bathroom. Then he got real rude and ended the call.

To add insult to injury when I texted the person from their office to tell them what happened some guy from his office then calls me yelling at me like we were about to have a bar brawl. Never verified the facts never offered a solution.

Do not use these people.

I had Alex and Vince come out to fix an issue with my water heater- they scheduled the appointment over the weekend and were here first thing on Monday morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than half hour- excellent and professional service- highly recommend!

I called in a pipe leak to my home warranty company and this company was assigned to fix the issue. I was initially skeptical given a prior experience with their technician who was very rude to me. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them a second chance given the previous negative experience was about a year ago.

Scheduling an appointment went fairly smoothly, and upon arrival of the technician (Alex) who called me on phone, I directed him to the location of the leak. Before he had even looked at the situation, he hinted that the warranty company might not cover the leak. He had already made up his mind to misdiagnose a simple situation and wanted me to pay an extra $395 (beyond the service fee already paid to the warranty company). Just to support his attempted extortion, he claimed that he needed to modify the copper pipe (a lie) which led to a claim denial by the warranty company. When I politely called him out on this, he became very rude and aggressive. Clearly made a mistake given them a second chance.

I've now had to engage another plumber who has now properly diagnosed the simple issue and isn't trying to extort me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

My home warranty company sent out Patrick Murphy for a clogged toilet. They tried everything they could to fix it but it was a waterline issue. They were absolutely spot on with the issue and I was able to get a sewer company out to my property. Then, the same toilet was constantly running. They came back (after reaching out right away to schedule) and fixed the issue without an issue. They were friendly and professional! I'd definitely use this company again.

The previous owner of my house recommended Patrick Murphy. I used them one time and the results were good. They fixed my issue that day. I used them a second time and the came to my home and looked at my non-emergency issue with the attic air pipe. Apparently, they didn't want to work to repair it. So despite promising an estimate one was not received. I called 3 times and finally got a call back where I was told they were too busy for the job. They were happy to take my money for the time they came to my house to diagnose the problem didn't do anything. They also could not be bothered to give me an estimate which was basically the whole point of having them out. Now do I pay another plumber to come out and do the same? They have lost my business and should not get yours if they are too busy!

Had Patrick Murphy out to replace outside hosebib ours froze came out same day did a fantastic job at a very affordable and fair price had a very pleasant experience highly recommended
