Excellent! Honest, and reasonably priced (his hourly rate is really quite low -- $75 for the first hour)! And he will ultimately save you money because he is SO honest -- I was under the impression I needed to have two sections of pipe/valves replaced but he simply tightened things up in a few spots and the leaks stopped. I'm so, so thankful he didn't do $200-300 of unnecessary work (and embarrassed I hadn't known to try that!).

Pat answered my call right away at 7:30am, made a same day appointment, called when he was on his way, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was able to quickly fix all 4 problems/leaks in the basement! He had all the necessary parts in his truck, and did quick and clean work.

He also explained things as we went along. Very helpful!! And very professional. I will never call anyone else.

Pat was PHENOMENAL. I had a drain pipe leak where the drain's location was behind the wall and behind some kitchen cabinets. Pat answered his phone immediately and then was able to come by the next morning. He arrived promptly and recommended ways that I can access the pipes with minimal damage (I'm fairly handy so I could do the work to get to the pipe and needed an expert plumber then for the fix). After I was able cut through the dry wall to access the pipe, I called Pat back on Friday at 6pm and we talked over phone and text where I sent pictures and he was able to diagnose and think of solutions...all this for no charge. By doing so, Pat was able to bring all the right materials and come to my house at 9am the next day (a Saturday). He even found other leaky issues I had under the kitchen sink that I didn't catch and he fixed them at no additional charge.

Pat busted his butt and worked for 5 straight hours fixing the problem. This was a tight squeeze fit because he had to work inside a cabinet. He was professional, courteous, and his rates were very reasonable.

An honest, reasonable, and skilled plumber is hard to find. Pat with Patrick E. Chase Plumbing is just that. He's a 1-man company and seems to be working all the time...he is skilled and good. Prices are quite fair. Highly recommend.

Patrick returned my call really quick and was able to get out to the house we own in Beechview (we are in Wisconsin) to give us a quote on a repair of a 12 yr old furnace. While he wasn't able to fix it (turns out this was a very complicated ultra efficient furnace which I wasn't able to tell him about before he went over) he also didn't charge us for the service call - he lives in the neighborhood. I appreciated his honesty and compassion for wanting to get heat on.

I had an issue with my Watch Dog sump pump in my basement. The alarm was going off constantly and I did everything I could to troubleshoot it to fix it and decided I needed help. Didn't want to go to one of the larger plumbing companies for such a small problem so I figured I would look someone up local with good reviews. Pat had mostly good ones and decided to give him a call. He was out the next day, he was very polite on time. But truthfully that's about all I can say positive about my experience. He didn't do anything to the pump. He unplugged it a couple of times, said the main pump didn't work, then it did work with unplugging the backup, then said it must be something mechanically wrong with it. Basically what I got from the whole entire conversation is that he either didn't want to mess with it or he needed to be somewhere else. He didn't even take the sump pump out to inspect it like the last plumber I had a few yrs back when they installed it. He just poked at it. And when I asked how much, he was there for an hour and fifteen minutes, and charged me seventy five dollars. I really don't have a problem with the amount, but i literally got zero out of it. He gave me his opinion about cutting some pipes above my pump, but never really went into any detail at all. He might be really good at other plumbing jobs, but I would not recommend him if you have a watch dog sump pump that needs repaired!

Called Pat on Saturday evening, after trying to call another company that didn't answer. He did answer, I told him I wanted to have him look at my pipes to have a washing machine hooked up because they didn't look right. He told me he could look at it the next day and he would call before coming. He came exactly at the time he scheduled with me, told me what needed to be done and gave me the price which was very reasonable. He also said he can do the work the next day and that's exactly what he did. He got the work done quickly and it looks nice. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called Patrick early this morning after I woke up to a running toilet with a tank that wouldn't fill. I'm completely useless when it comes to plumbing. He happened to be on a job in the neighborhood and said he'd call when he was done. 20 minutes later, he called and was at my door minutes after that. He fixed the toilet in about 10 minutes and charged me $90 which I found more than fair given the prompt and friendly service, and the parts he had on hand. He's in my phone as ""Plumber"" from here on out.

Called the same day of service - very quick and efficient. I needed a rusted kitchen faucet in one of our rental properties replaced and Pat had to end up using a saw to get the old faucet out; he was super friendly and showed me where to turn the water off and had very fair billing. Would call him again.

8 months later and the caulking around my tub that they fixed has mold on it. I went around three years with a few portions starting to get mold after that amount of time, then has this company replace the old caulking.

I had a new company come in and tell me they used the wrong caulking for my tub, and that's why it's moldy. Seems like a total waste of money now since it didn't last very long. Pretty disappointed.

While the faucet he fixed is still in good shape, the tub clearly is not.

Another plumber no showed on me and I took a chance after reading the yelp reviews. Exactly as advertised. Helpful and direct with fair prices.
My whole house is now reasonably warm and I did not have to take another day off of work.
We did not fix everything but I have a good idea of how to address my issues.
Thanks!
