Called the same day of service - very quick and efficient. I needed a rusted kitchen faucet in one of our rental properties replaced and Pat had to end up using a saw to get the old faucet out; he was super friendly and showed me where to turn the water off and had very fair billing. Would call him again.

I called patrick chase he got here within an hour did what he had to do cleaned up the mess for me and was very very reasonable everything was working brand new took no time at all !

8 months later and the caulking around my tub that they fixed has mold on it. I went around three years with a few portions starting to get mold after that amount of time, then has this company replace the old caulking.
I had a new company come in and tell me they used the wrong caulking for my tub, and that's why it's moldy. Seems like a total waste of money now since it didn't last very long. Pretty disappointed.
While the faucet he fixed is still in good shape, the tub clearly is not.

Another plumber no showed on me and I took a chance after reading the yelp reviews. Exactly as advertised. Helpful and direct with fair prices.
My whole house is now reasonably warm and I did not have to take another day off of work.
We did not fix everything but I have a good idea of how to address my issues.
Thanks!

Due to the great reviews on here, this was the first plumber my fiance called in an emergency. He was told that they were just finishing up a job and would be here afterwards. Two and a half hours later we called back to get an ETA and were told that we would have to be put off until the next day. Really wish we had been told that from the beginning instead of wasting a day waiting for him.

Came home last night to find several inches of water in my garage. It was definitely coming up from the drain, due to the combination of rain & melting ice dams in my gutters. For whatever reason, the water wouldn't drain. I wanted to find someone local to bail me out of this nasty situation. I called Chase Plumbing first thing in the morning, based on the positive yelp reviews.
Patrick showed up before noon (he had 2 jobs to finish before mine). He was very quick in diagnosing the problem. First, he tried snaking the garage drain, but the trap wasn't cooperating with the snake due to a hole in the trap (or something). 2nd, he tried to snake through the driveway trap, but the previous owners filled it with cement (ughh). 3rd, he cracked open the main stack of my house and ran the snake that way. Within a few minutes, he pulled up a dirty old rag, and my garage started to drain! He patched up the stack with some couplings and I was good to go! The damage was $200, and was about what I expected to pay, given the complexity of my situation. I have a feeling I would have had to pay more if I looked elsewhere.
Patrick is a straight shooter, he doesn't sugarcoat anything. He gave me a little insight into the plumbing under my garage and driveway and advice for some future improvements.
I definitely recommend Chase Plumbing if you are trying to keep it local and avoid getting overcharged by larger chains.

I think I woke this guy up very early Saturday morning. Arrived within the hour. Straight shooter with reasonable rates.

Disrespectful toward me & my home. He didn't have right parts, had to buy additional parts along with tweaking the job afterwards & now water leak is back. Expensive as well. Had to call another plumber & start from scratch.

Woke up to a horrific smell in the downstairs of my 115 yr old house. Sewage was backing up into the basement. Called Chase Plumbing, and Mr. Chase was here in about an hour. Very courteous, professional & informative. He went right to work and didn't stop until my lines were draining easily. Response time, service performed and Price was fantastic and above all fair. We just moved to PA so finding a real 5-star plumber at the first sign of problems is a huge plus! I'm storing their number for our future remodel needs!!

My bathroom sink drain pipe started leaking through my living room wall and into my basement late on a Saturday night. Got up on Sunday feeling ill about the potential cost to repair. I started researching plumbers and found these Yelp reviews which prompted me to call. Surprisingly, phone was answered on a Sunday and Patrick wanted to come right out. I was worried about Sunday charges and he advised that it wouldn't be necessary. He was at my house in about an hour and quickly determined that the prior owner's shoddy plumbing job had caused the issue. He had to cut through the wall to get to the problem and remove/replace a portion of the drain pipe. This took a couple of hours. After completion, the pricing was much better than I had expected. He is a good guy - I have dealt with a lot of contractors who inflate prices or use fear tactics to encourage additional work that might not be needed. Patrick was straightforward and honest. I already want to schedule some additional work that I've been delaying and plan to recommend him to my friends & family.
