They list refrigerator repair on their list, but when you ask them for a quote they reply ""we don't offer this service."" I was disappointed when I read someone else had their refrigerator serviced with this company, so maybe they meant something else? Because as of right now, it seems they don't offer refrigerator repair even though it's listed.

For about 5 years, I have used Patrick and Carrie for my rental units and for my own home . Patrick can repair plumbing issues and appliances. Appointments are usually the next day and Patrick has responded the same day I call. They are fair and quick to respond. No complaints here!

Big thanks to Patrick for coming over and taking a look at my malfunctioning clothes washer on the same day I called. A&E Factory Service had already looked at it but completely misdiagnosed the problem. The machine is toast and needs replacement. Since he couldn't fix it, Patrick didn't charge me anything! Very much appreciated.

My refrigerator decided to up and quit on me. I was scrambling to find an appliance repair before all my perishables went bad. I found Patrick and Carries plumbing and appliance repair on google. Super friendly service on the phone and same day diagnostic visit. They were COVID sensitive, informative and courteous. All in all, a great experience. Would use them again.

My dryer belt broke on my dryer on a Saturday!
I called several companies in the San Luis Obispo area with no one having the part in stock, they advised having to either order or send someone out.
My last call was to Patrick & Carrie's Plumbing.
They had a all the parts in stock and were extremely helpful, honest and kind.
They helped troubleshoot and I was able to get everything I needed the same day!
It is very rare to find a company that cares and showed professionalism and kindness!
I would highly recommend.

I recently had my water softner go out so i gave patick and carries plumbing and appliance repair a call and they were extremely professional, very curtious, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They had my old one out and a new softner installed within an hour. I was verry impressed especially for such a great cost ..knowing these can be hard to repair and expensive! I would highly recommend patrick and carrie if you have any plumbing or appliance issues. Best around!

I was told the appointment was going to be between 11:30 and 1. At 1:15, I called because no one showed up. Bby 2:30, I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. I moved all my appointments for this one and it never happened. I understand that people run behind with their jobs, but a simple call to let me know would be courteous, but they didn't even do that.
