My dryer belt broke on my dryer on a Saturday!
I called several companies in the San Luis Obispo area with no one having the part in stock, they advised having to either order or send someone out.
My last call was to Patrick & Carrie's Plumbing.
They had a all the parts in stock and were extremely helpful, honest and kind.
They helped troubleshoot and I was able to get everything I needed the same day!
It is very rare to find a company that cares and showed professionalism and kindness!
I would highly recommend.

I recently had my water softner go out so i gave patick and carries plumbing and appliance repair a call and they were extremely professional, very curtious, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They had my old one out and a new softner installed within an hour. I was verry impressed especially for such a great cost ..knowing these can be hard to repair and expensive! I would highly recommend patrick and carrie if you have any plumbing or appliance issues. Best around!

I was told the appointment was going to be between 11:30 and 1. At 1:15, I called because no one showed up. Bby 2:30, I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. I moved all my appointments for this one and it never happened. I understand that people run behind with their jobs, but a simple call to let me know would be courteous, but they didn't even do that.

Called to have washer/dryer unit repaired and they didn't make it over the first day they scheduled. No call back so I called to find out when the repair could be done and was told Monday. I called Monday AM to confirm and, the office person sounded less than enthusiastic but confirmed. I called again the same day at 4:00 pm since I had not heard and surprise, they do not want to work on this type of combo machine. Thanks for letting me know....NOT! This company failed to keep me informed and then, neglected to tell me they didn't want the job until I called them. It's surprising that a business without customer service can even stay open.

Patrick and Carrie came out on time and of course the problem I was having would not occur. Patrick did a thorough check of the oven as Carrie was doing the research over the internet. As they finished I asked what I owed and they said there was no cost. I will be calling them again.

Okay I have to leave a review Patrick and Carrie came out 2 years ago to fix our viking wine fridge and old me to order a thermostat for it that it would be allot less cost on amazon so we did then I got really sick and did not call them for 2 years then I called them and they came out and tried to get the wine fridge working for 3 or 4 hours and Patrick said he just can't fix it the compressor was shot he tried everything else so I expected him to give me a bill he did not do that he just said I can't give you a bill if I did not fix it I was speechless and gave him some beer and shrimp because I wanted to give them something I mean he stayed almost 4 hours and got nothing in return and they do not know me So all I can say is that these guys are really honest and nice. So Call them to fix your appliances they can definitely be trusted.

These two are the best! They came out to our home twice. Gave us their honest opinion of our situation and tried to find the best solution to solve our plumbing needs. They also did not charge for the visits and came out right away. We did not end up using them for our projects but they sure tried to come up with some solutions. First rate people and business. Highly recommend them!
