Okay I have to leave a review Patrick and Carrie came out 2 years ago to fix our viking wine fridge and old me to order a thermostat for it that it would be allot less cost on amazon so we did then I got really sick and did not call them for 2 years then I called them and they came out and tried to get the wine fridge working for 3 or 4 hours and Patrick said he just can't fix it the compressor was shot he tried everything else so I expected him to give me a bill he did not do that he just said I can't give you a bill if I did not fix it I was speechless and gave him some beer and shrimp because I wanted to give them something I mean he stayed almost 4 hours and got nothing in return and they do not know me So all I can say is that these guys are really honest and nice. So Call them to fix your appliances they can definitely be trusted.

These two are the best! They came out to our home twice. Gave us their honest opinion of our situation and tried to find the best solution to solve our plumbing needs. They also did not charge for the visits and came out right away. We did not end up using them for our projects but they sure tried to come up with some solutions. First rate people and business. Highly recommend them!

Do yourself a favor and keep looking. These two are not professional, not on time, and really just strange when they finally show up. Not sure who is writing those glowing reviews, but the one star reviews are way more accurate and explain my experience also. Stick with Idlers Appliances in Arroyo Grande.

I had my 40 ft trailer at pismo coast village , I have a residential fridge , first couple people I called said no, called Patrick , said I'll come look at it . I asked how much he said nothing , to come look . He immediately diagnosed motor for fan was out, and went straight to work . Definitely would recommend, no one likes repairs , but extremely knowledgeable and hard worker.

My dryer was making a rattling sound and they did an amazing job fixing it. No new parts needed but they had discovered a string was tangled up and was the root of the problem. They are very dedicated and I would totally recommend them!!

Had a dishwasher issue. At first they were reluctant because they don't repair dishwashers anymore. That's fair. But for some reason Patrick motivates himself to pay me a visit on a Saturday. Service man was on time and very professional. Diagnosis was spot on. A stuck floating making the unit inoperable. Repair was completed in less than an hour and we're back in business. This is a rental property for me in Pismo Beach. My tenants are happy and so am I. What I really like is that I was able to pay via PayPal but they offered several pay options. I received my invoice via email which is also outstanding. I'm a business owner living in the Central Valley, operating a business in SoCal, and also own rent property on the central coast. For a business man like me they enable everything to come together by just a few phone calls.

Support local and small business. It makes a huge difference and Patrick's Appliance has it together.

Wow. Excellent service and response. I came home from vacation To find out that my kitchen was flooded in my basement and garage was flooded. Patrick's plumbing came out the next day or first thing in the morning repaired the leak and got My water turned on again. I highly recommend Patrick's plumbing for their professionalism response time and thoroughness.

Our washing machine died, and a friend recommended that I call. I am so glad that I did! They scheduled a prompt visit, Patrick arrived right on time, and he was able to assess and diagnose the problem nearly instantly. He fixed the problem, and then refused payment until we'd run the machine through a few times. His wife/co-owner called later the next day to confirm we were happy, that the machine worked, and then we made a payment over the phone. We will for sure call them again should the need arise, and are recommending them to anyone who asks.

Very disappointed in this company.
Been dealing with them almost 4 days now. They did not show up for the service call. They stated they had no idea that we were located in Santa Maria and they did not service that area. But my initial request through Yelp asked for property ZIP Code which I provided. I would not recommend this company.
I did not receive an apology from them they just didn't bother to show up to the appointment. I had to call them and ask them where they were. I love to support mom-and-pop businesses but this is not one to support.

They came out the same day. They knew what was wrong and fixed it promptly. Their fee was very fair. Pretty much all we could ask for.
