Terrible. Guy came out for emergency service, took a photo of the damage, then left. No one ever called back. We waited a week before we decided to find someone else to fix it. It was fixed within an hour.

Would not recommend Patel's Plumbing.

This company is horrible!!!!!!!! Our water heater started leaking. We kept putting towels around it on the floor to soak up the leak. Our warranty company called Patel Plumbing. Patel plumbing said they would come out and look at it. A guy showed up, looked at it, wouldn't answer any questions, said it wasn't leaking even though he could plainly see the soaked towels, then left. He called our warranty company and said there was nothing wrong with it. We called Patel plumbing back the next day, numerous times. They refused to answer our calls. We called the warranty company back so they called Patel plumbing back who informed the warranty company that our water heater wasn't leaking!!! They still refused to answer our calls so we had to go purchase a new water heater, we will get reimbursed, called a new plumber who is at the house now saying the old water heater was shot. He put in the new one and now we have to take the old one back to the store before we can be reimbursed. Awful company!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They came to my house on May 3rd, did not fix the problem, said they'd be back the following week, took my $100 and left. Didn't hear from them, so I called my Home Warranty and I was told that Patel never sent them a service report that I had to call them. I called and the lady that answered just took my info and said she would look it up and call me back. Never got a call back so I kept calling and no answer each time I called. Called Home Warranty again so they reschedule them and they never showed up. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Was a little late but upon arrival he showed me two forms of ID and came in and was one of the most polite and professional men you could have in your home. My sink had been backed up and the previous plumber told me that it would cost me $700.00 and this is with having a home owners warranty! Patels plumbing did the job without charging me extra! Great! I highly recommend this company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Set up an appointment one time, THEY cancelled the day before. Rescheduled again, agreed to come between 12-4pm ----4 HOUR WINDOW. Called them at 11:45 Am to confirm the appointment--- guy on the phone , Mr Patel, most likely ---"" I CALLED IN THE MORNING, NO ONE ANSWERED, SO I LEFT"" ----they called around 9:45 AM. APPOINTMENT set 12-4pm. MR PATEL states ""OK you keep complaining and arguing, it's not gonna change the outcome!"" ""GO AHEAD CALL SEARS!"" ---they are contracted thru Sears services.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

Patel's Plumbing is an honest and trustworthy company. After dealing with my warranty company for a month (and an inept plumber to boot), Patel was a welcome breath of fresh air. From the moment he came into my home (he traveled nearly 90 minutes to get to me), he exhibited professionalism and class (as he made sure to wear shoe covers). He handled my plumbing needs with the quality of a master plumber, exhibiting the know how to get me out of a big mess right away. Patel was honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable; but, he was also friendly and kind. I give this company my highest recommendation.

I thought their service was very good. The two guys that came to replace my water heater, Tom & Craig were very friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves. After reading previous reviews I was a little worried. They were also assigned to me by my home warranty company. They are kinda slow in calling, but other than that I was very happy with the service! Tom explained all the features of the water heater to me so I would know what to do if the pilot should ever go out. I would use them again & would recommend. GREAT job guys!

Patel's Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty program. My water heater was rusted and leaking. Mr Patel was able to order a new water heater that day and he installed it the next day. I thought Mr Patel was timely and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even conducted testing to show me that the repiping was done correctly and not leaking. Overall, I was very happy with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
VERY unreliable!
I was assigned to them by my home warranty company. I called them on Wed. and they said that they were going to call me the next day to confirm the appointment. But they never called. I called them a day after and they told me that the repairman was on his way. What? I was outside so I could not go back. I had to reschedule my appoint with them for the following week.
On the day of service, the repairman never showed up. I called and they denied that they did make an appointment with me. I took a day off to wait for the repairman at home. I phoned again and the lady answering the phone did not even apologized, and insisted that it was my fault.
I am not going to work with them again.
VERY VERY unreliable!!!!
Don't waste your time on you.

Patel's Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty. There were three plumbing issues going simultaneously at my home: slow drainage, water heater working improperly, and a burst sewer pipe. On the day of my appointment, the technician cancelled about 10 minutes before my four window block and rescheduled for the next day. The next day the technicians showed up and appeared to be assessing the problems, but didn't seem real knowledgeable and could not give me definitive answers for why the problems with the plumbing occurred. He rodded out the tub that was draining slowing, took pictures of the pipe and never really told me why my water heater is running cold and lukewarm. He told me that he had hoped to be working on the job through my home warranty insurance in about two days. I called my home warranty insurance after two days to report that the drain had returned to the same condition (draining slowly) and to find out the update on the rest of my claim. I was told that the technician reported that my water heater was too small and the pipe was an existing problem and had been leaking for a while. I explained to my insurance that he was dishonest and his report was illogical. I also explained to her I have had the same 40 gallon gas water heater for about 10 years and I have never had to take cold showers or boil hot water to wash dishes until this month. I also explained that the burst sewer pipe happened all in one day and I have proof because a water mitigation company came out to clean up the raw sewage off my kitchen, living room and basement floors, and they also removed the wall because there was water damage and raw sewage in it. I was very disappointed in the outcome. Patel's work ethic is poor and the work he did on this job was shoddy. I have pay new deductible for another plumber to come out because of his inaccurate report to my home warranty company.
