Not happy with service at all, I had to ask for a quote, which seem to have come out of thin air. On top of the high price he quoted per hour and charged me, he claimed other plumbers charged more money. The plumber was not at my home for the entire hour and when I asked about it , he stated that was part of the service fee. The plumber was not equip to take on my project. The plumber told me he would have to leave my home and come back with additional equipment at an additional cost. I should have became a plumber. Reading Scott O review, he stated he was not charged for the initial visit, but I was charged $78.

Patches Services in Snellville has me sitting at home with the broken pipe fixed and happy as can be. Forrest the owner is awesome, friendly, honest and goes above and beyond. Most companies want at least $50 for them to show up and give an estimate, he's free! Some may say I'm overstating the facts, but folks we were in a tight spot and he saved us and was very affordable.

Walked into laundry room one day and there was water every where, had no clue where it was coming from and of course my husband was at work. Called Patches Services and they came out right away, found out what the problem was fixed it in no time and the price they charged was phenomenal. Could not have asked for faster or more reasonable service, will definatly be calling them again :)
