Pat was referred to us by a friend when our dishwasher backed up into our bathtub. He returned my call within minutes, and came by our house that evening. He gave us an estimate, and that's exactly what he charged us when he returned the next day and fixed the problem. Ours is an old house, with old plumbing so Pat's been back several times. He never charges more than he's quoted us, he's fixed every problem we've had and is unfailingly cheerful and reliable. If you need a plumber, call Pat!

The first time I ever needed a plumber I got in touch with Pat purely by coincidence. He came very promptly and in less than 2 minutes had my bathtub unclogged. After that, I decided that I'd call him first if I needed plumbing. Just today, my toilet became clogged and didn't respond to 15 minutes of plunging. With a day entirely full of meetings I'd soon be late for, I called him up and asked him if he could come by at the end of the day. He had already showed up slightly before I anticipated, and had me going again in just a couple of minutes.

I rent a house in Nob/Hill, Mission area. Our landlord uses Pat as his ""go-to"" guy for all of our plumbing and carpentry problems. The first time we met was a couple days before Christmas when our water heater started leaking and flooded our basement. Pat was at our house within hours and spent the entire day of Dec 23rd ordering us a replacement and working on the problem to make sure we would have hot water for the holidays. Pat has gone above and beyond every time he has had a job at our house. He also does the work for a very reasonable price, it's no wonder our landlord uses him for everything. Would definitely recommend Pat for any plumbing problems you have.
