Called this company to do an install for us, 10 minutes before their crew was to be onsite, I get a call that they will not invoice us. I asked this specific question and was told YES they would send us an invoice. Now we have an older woman's home ripped apart only to need to find another plumber at the last minute. I asked if they could make an exception since they DID confirm we would be invoiced. The owner said NO. HORRIBLE THING TO DO TO A COMPANY AND A SENIOR.

Consistently overcharges for services and repairs even after applying the service contract ""discount"". Also, if you do pay the annual fee for the service contract, expect only inexperienced techs to be sent on the AC and heat checks. Save your money and trouble.

Pat's people had revamped my central AC last year. Everything worked great.
This year it developed a refrigerant leak. Called Pat's and they worked around my schedule and repaired the problem, no charge.
I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had a clogged tub drain. Called and set up account and their customer service ppl are awesome. Figured it would be a while before they came and instantly received an email notification with a pic of the tech. that was on his way. He called when he arrived. They explain everything to you before they do any work so there is no surprises. Didn't end up being a very big deal (the drain) but they are very professional. Great job and great tech and people you set up the appt. with. Spoke with me after the work was done and sent bill withing a few minutes (work was in a rental).I am a very loyal McElroy customer for decades. I was very impressed with the service/people here. Think I'll be changing my plumber needs in the future. Awesome job!

Called as a potential new customer we were looking at replacing our HVAC system and doing a maintenance plan. Asked if they service our rural area which is 7 miles outside their service area received a pause and that it would cost an additional $60. Greatly disappointed as their website mentions they service surrounding areas also, an employee of theirs drives (a company vehicle) within four miles of our house everyday.

As long as you live in their service areas actually listed on their website you are good. Disregard they service surrounding areas.

Quality work for a price that is as inflated as can possibly be pulled off. $1,173 for 75 minutes of work and $400 in parts from your local hardware store. Get some additional quotes from other plumbers to compare prices. Pat the Plumber will not be anywhere near comparable in price.

When my hot water heater died Pat the Plumber was there the very next day to install a new one before I ran out of hot water. The technician was courteous and professional. I was informed of all my options and maintenance to extend the life of it. Overall I received great service and a quality product for an acceptable price.

Just had them come out today to auger our toilet drain of roots. Clayton was awesome! Completed the job in under an hour and showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Pat and I messaged days before I called the office and quoted me a great price and was extremely helpful!! All around great service! I will be using Pat Plumbing from now on! Thank you Clayton!
