Called as a potential new customer we were looking at replacing our HVAC system and doing a maintenance plan. Asked if they service our rural area which is 7 miles outside their service area received a pause and that it would cost an additional $60. Greatly disappointed as their website mentions they service surrounding areas also, an employee of theirs drives (a company vehicle) within four miles of our house everyday.

As long as you live in their service areas actually listed on their website you are good. Disregard they service surrounding areas.

Quality work for a price that is as inflated as can possibly be pulled off. $1,173 for 75 minutes of work and $400 in parts from your local hardware store. Get some additional quotes from other plumbers to compare prices. Pat the Plumber will not be anywhere near comparable in price.

Just had them come out today to auger our toilet drain of roots. Clayton was awesome! Completed the job in under an hour and showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. We have used Pat the Plumber for a variety of projects at our home and office. They are always prompt, courteous and professional. They clean up after themselves and do quality work. They might not be the cheapest in town but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.
