Pat's great. I didn't have that big a job for her. Just a shower head installation, a spigot repair and a gas line fix. I know she handles much bigger jobs, but she took my project on and gave it serious attention which I appreciated. I highly recommend her. She gave great advice, and was very friendly without be saccharine. Thanks, Pat!

Pat O'Neill is fabulous!

I was in need of completely re-piping my 112 year old Victorian House in San Jose, and was not having luck finding a plumber I liked/trusted/could afford etc. Then in a very round about way I found Pat, and she agreed to make the haul down south to quote and ultimately take the job. Her prices were on par with others, but she totally worked with us to only do what we need to fix the problems/do the updates vs. adding more bells and whistles like the other plumbers wanted to do.

She was prompt, worked her butt off, was super friendly, did great high quality work, and completely redid my entire house! I would definitely recommend her.

My wife and I had a need for Pat's services and she completed with them yesterday. We needed to get 2 sink faucets and 2 toilets replaced (old stuff that couldn't hold water anymore).

She assessed the situation and found a great product that fit our aesthetic (house build in 1930 and wanted to keep that look), as well as our space needs (1 bathroom is VERY small).

She found some options and installed them in a rather quick time frame.

Okay, so maybe I shouldn't have been blindly drilling into the wall but, hey, my wife said that I had put off installing the babygate long enough and for the sake of domestic tranquility I had better to do it ""now."" So, there I was, merrily drilling away when -- surprise! -- I suddenly had gushing water on my hands (and ALL OVER EVERYTHING in seconds!). Thank goodness I knew were the emergency shut off valve was. Anyway, it was Sunday evening and with two young children both of whom needed bathes and dinner and with a (steaming) wife, what was this handyman to do? Start calling plumbers with emergency service, of course. Enter Pat O'Neill. She responded immediately, arriving at my house within an hour. On Sunday night. It took her about an hour to fix my boneheaded mistake and her fee was incredibly reasonable. I recommend this plumber without reservation. Thank you Pat O'Neill!

Pat did an amazing job installing a second since for my new massage therapy location. Not only did she do a great job explaining the pros and cons of different materials she could use, always offering the best, most long-lasting ones, but also repaired weaknesses she found in the previous plumbing work. She was willing to answer the million questions I had, patiently, and always had a great attitude at work. I would hire Pat again in a second.
