When I opened the door to my home Pat greeted me with a warm and friendly face. She was courteous to my son and my aunt who happened to be at home at the time.
I felt very comfortable with her right away.

I led her to the kitchen where the plumbing problems were and she immediately got to work. She assessed the situation quickly, determined what she needed to do to get it fixed, and worked diligently to get it done.

Pat was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. She even noticed another issue that would have soon turned into a leak and fixed that as well. Her price was reasonable too.

My family has found our new plumber. She is the one we'll call if we ever have plumbing issues in the future!

Pat is a really good plumber. She really cares about your place, and doing the best job possible. I've had her come out to the house for a number of different reasons, from toilets, to sinks, to pipes. She's also a very nice person, to boot!

It's been three days and Pat O'Neil still hasn't called me back. She may be good but if she never returns her calls, how good can her customer service really be? Just thought you yelpers should know that not everyone gives this sole proprietor five stars.

Pat is the best plumber! She is professional, knowledgeable. We have a 1908 house with all its problems. We called her and she returned our call that day. She came out the next day to give us an bid. She was on time and came the next week to fix our problem. Our toilet and bathtub was leaking. She replaced the pipes and rebuilt the toilet because my husband wanted the old one. She had to make some extra fixes to the pipes because the tub had not been vented. She replaced an old lead bend that was there when we bought the house 15 years ago. She has come on time called first, and was always good about explaining her work. I would recommend her highly for anything to do with plumbing in your house. She even gave me a fix for cleaning the bathtub that I have not been able to do for 15 years. I would use her for anything having to do with plumbing. She is one of a kind. Thanks Pat for taking such good care of our plumbing needs!

Pat is wonderful! She came for a call because our claw foot tub was leaking so badly at the weirdest times that I was scared it would fall through the ceiling and crush anybody in the kitchen below (at least that was the image my fatalistic paranoia drew). Regardless, she efficiently identified the problem, made a temporary fix it while seeking out the hard-to-find part, then patching us up all safe and sound again. Not only that, but she tweaked a couple of other parts in tub/faucet to make the whole thing run better - yay for safe showers that don't fall through the ceiling! Definitely above all expectations of any plumbers I've ever met.

Pat provides the kind of top notch service that establishes a long and trusting relationship - I trust her knowledge and abilities implicitly. She has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to have as our plumber!

Finding a plumber is tough business, but I wanted to write a note about Pat as she gave exceptional service. Had 2 leaking toilets, Toto corp HQ was no help. Pat came in early on Saturday morning, knew exactly how to diagnose both, gave an effective, and cost effective recommendation, did the job, cleaned up 100%, reasonable rate. She's now my go-to plumber.

What a delight to have a water based emergency (or not, maybe just a task) that needs to be taken care of, make one phone call, have that phone call RETURNED(!!!), and be greeted in the next couple of days by Pat O'Neill and a truck full of wrenches.

Seriously, Pat is the best plumber I have dealt with. And let me tell you, I've dealt with a few. Not surly, not overly dramatic, but skilled, competent, and quite likeable.

My first experience with Pat O'Neill plumbing was when I had a leaky toilet valve. I probably could have fixed this myself, but didn't have the confidence so I called Pat. I got a return call, and an appointment for the very next morning, which was great. Pat showed up, took a look at it and fixed it right on the spot without making me feel sheepish about such a small job. And THEN....went on to check around the whole house for other leaks or little plumbing things to fix, fixed my sink, the other toilet, and filled in a chipped tank.

Was all this excellent service expensive? Not at all....

My next experience with Pat O'Neill plumbing - I had a sink and garbage disposal that needed to be hooked up after a refinishing project. Pat showed right up again, did the job, and even went and picked up parts in rush hour traffic just to get the job done that day so I could have a working sink after 5 days of making tea in the bathroom.

Thanks Pat! you are the best plumber in town. Six stars if i could.
