Our issue wasn't urgent because we have another toilet, but Pat was great: very friendly, responsive, grasped my explanation of the issue which included 'the thingy' and 'goes up and down' easily. Didn't judge when I told her we 'tried' to fix it...and it may have made it worse....And when I couldn't answer a simple question like: 'what color' (apparently Toto toilet thingy's come in colors and the color I said wasn't on the list) she simply said - no problem, I have them in stock. She was prompt and we are now a two toilet family again....all is well! Thanks Pat!!!!! We'll definitely call Pat again ...and this time before we try to fix.

2013 Update: For once (difficult as it was) we followed our own advice...and called Pat BEFORE we tried to fix the garbage disposal...that simply decided to 'fall off'.......Pat came through again with quick and perfect service.

Wow!!! We had a terrible problem with our sewer line. Got 3 estimates. 2 of the plumbers were doubtful that the problem could be fixed. Pat said ""No problem."" Arrived at 9 on Tuesday. Took exactly 30 minutes for lunch. Fixed our problem and because my husband had one of the necessary parts already, we were charged $80 less than the original quote. Left the place cleaner than it originally was. I cannot recommend Pat strongly enough. I've told all my friends about her. Yes, HER. She is an amazing, strong, capable, talented plumber. About a week later we got a charming hand-written note in the mail thanking us for our business! All I can say is that we would have been in deep trouble if Pat had not been around to help us.

We had a semi urgent plumbing situation. A hose broke off under the kitchen sink and we were unable to run the water. I called Pat and she came out quickly. After having looked at the situation, she clearly explained that it was not a simple fix. We needed to purchase a new faucet. She brought in a catalog and walked me through options. She made suggestions on what faucets she liked best and explained the price difference. It was a Friday but she suggested that if I made a decision she could order it and have it shipped so that it would be here on Monday. We scheduled her to come on Monday afternoon. On Monday afternoon she was here early, changed out the faucet and fixed another problem with the dishwasher. She was neat, clean, respectful and personable. She checked everything before she left. I highly recommend Pat for your plumbing needs. We will use her from now on.

I'd give ten stars if I could. Last night at 9, when our toilet tank gasket started leaking horribly, I stupidly opened the Yellow Pages and called Rescue Rooter, which seemed legit. The very used-car-salesman experience that ensued over the phone was so horrible, I aborted and checked Yelp, where I found Pat. Not only was Pat extremely professional and responsive, calling me back on a national holiday; she came over almost immediately, provided a perfectly reasonable quote, worked quietly and efficiently, and completed the job to perfection for $50 less than she had quoted. I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Pat.

Pat's great. I didn't have that big a job for her. Just a shower head installation, a spigot repair and a gas line fix. I know she handles much bigger jobs, but she took my project on and gave it serious attention which I appreciated. I highly recommend her. She gave great advice, and was very friendly without be saccharine. Thanks, Pat!

Pat O'Neill is fabulous!

I was in need of completely re-piping my 112 year old Victorian House in San Jose, and was not having luck finding a plumber I liked/trusted/could afford etc. Then in a very round about way I found Pat, and she agreed to make the haul down south to quote and ultimately take the job. Her prices were on par with others, but she totally worked with us to only do what we need to fix the problems/do the updates vs. adding more bells and whistles like the other plumbers wanted to do.

She was prompt, worked her butt off, was super friendly, did great high quality work, and completely redid my entire house! I would definitely recommend her.
