I hate to say it, but the work was sub-par. So was the level of professionalism. Particularly, when it came to punctuality and finishing the job in the time promised. Because it wasn't as if the PRICING was low. Wouldn't have minded the higher pricing if it got us quality. It didn't. Just a lot of extra aggravation.

If you need a plumber call someone else. They left without making sure the job was done correct and charged me to come back to fix the damage cause by there Plumber.

The secretary exceptional, the Office Manager exceptional, the technician on service call novice, but polite and courteous. The work, not what we wanted done with lots of ""add-ons"" and ""recommendations made by the supervisor"" and lots of time on phone. The supervisor was rude, argumentative. If you want to spend nearly a grand and not have what you needed done on your new boiler and pumps my all means call this company. But costumer beware: you might as well throw your money in the toilet. As per supervisor: ""They are so good, they don't need my future business; so, don't give them yours!""
According to supervisor: this was cleaned when the flushed out system. This is what it looked like still after 4 hours because they didn't do the service we called for:

Unfortunately, they only time we can get them to come is in an emergency, at emergency pricing. Twice we have taken off of work to be home for a scheduled appointment, and twice they were a no show. I'll have to find a new plumber.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Especially the elderly. Read the reviews, there is a theme. OVERCHARGING, dragging out time for simple job. Occurred 2 times with us and another family member. Overcharged on 1st visit, for a simple sink instillation, then when things started blowing out of sink, tried to blame it on elderly customer, came back to fix, and hit them over the head again, with another exorbitant charge. Here is a novel idea, tell your customer what the job will cost. Shame on this company. How are they in business, this is a disgrace to all honest service workers.

I was able to get a plumber the day after I called about my kitchen sink leak.
Rocco arrived on time, was personable and professional. He took care of my issue, as well as doing an extra job I'd been wanting to get done....get rid of the garbage disposal. He cheerfully accomplished both tasks cleanly and efficiently. The work was very well done, and the price was equitable to the quality of the work. I was completely satisfied, and will certainly be calling Dolan when I redo my bathroom.

I needed a new gas line run to a range cooktop and decided to use Pat Dolan. The technician was punctual, efficient and friendly. The work was absolutely beautiful. The line was secured in more places than required for extra stability and the work was extremely neat. I'm very glad I used them and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Very disappointed in such a reputable company. I called for a plumbing job and was very explicit in my problem. When they arrived I had discussed what I would like done and he fought me on what he wanted to do. He was the expert. I begged him to reroute the heating pipe. This wasn't my first rodeo. He fought me and wasted 3 hours of my money playing carpenter. After 3 hours of carving out wood to free up the copper pipes he agreed to do what I had initially asked him to do. He started reroute the heating pipes at 11:30 and finished at 1:30. 2 hrs of work and problem solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And I paid for 5 1/2hrs of service.
I called a PLUMBER not a carpenter!!!!! Knew what I wanted and knew it could be done. Obviously because it did in fact eventually work. They were messy and broke a few of my ceiling tiles. I approached the plumber at the time of the bill and he said ""yeah I feel bad but it is what it is""
Stupidly I gave him a check and called the office 5 times to discuss the situation. No response.

Took an excessive amount of time to complete the job and since the charges are based on time it cost a lot of money for a simple clogged drain. When we put in a complaint they were condescending and didn't care to resolve the issue. I will not use the services again in the future.

I have used Pat Dolan Plumbing four times now - 1950s house with some old pipes and fixtures. The pricing is always fair and the work is done right. We just had a burst pipe in the attached garage that forced me to shut down all the water into the house, and a plumber was at my house until 9:30 pm on a Saturday night fixing the problem so that we did not have to spend all night without water. Highly recommended.
