We live in Jackson Heights and had relied on the same plumber for more than 12 years. Eventually he retired, and I asked our Super for a recommendation, and he gave us this company.
Our issue was that the floor of the stall shower was always damp. It looked as if the water was dripping from the handle.
I called, make an appointment, and on that day the plumber arrived. He assessed the issue, and basically had to replace the interior mechanism.
Overall we were happy with everything, and we will call them again if if have another plumbing issue.

Unbelievably rude customer service. Don't waste your time with these people. The office manager should not be answering phones there with such horrible people skills.

Not even if the apt were flooding! Lied from the first call... They called to confirm an appt., and they never showed up or contacted us to reschedule. When I called to inquire why, the rude and unprofessional rep claimed there were others with higher priority! Doesn't an appt. make YOU the priority? When I called back to reschedule, the ""office manager"" was even ruder and more unprofessional! If that's how they treat people on the phone, would you really want them in your home? Nope! Never!

Wants to charge $300 an hour for services after 4:00pm for two service people at $150 an hour each plus $150 service charge, $750. This is bad enough, but then sent a bill for over $900. The service people were on the premises for 2 hours! No parts were required. You decide.
