Very nice, personable gentleman. Explained the problem and showed me everything! Didn't try to 'sell' me services or equipment I didn't need. Penny T.Tom called us back within 15 minutes on a Saturday when we called the service number. He spoke with us and explained he would order a part and gave us estimates and ideas on what to to do over the phone. The water heater needed to be replaced. He ended up coming a few days later. Last appointment of the day 5:30-8pm service call. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing fixed a few other small leaks while he was here. Fantastic job and a nice conversationalist.

The pros:
*We were contacted via phone within 40 minutes of being matched for their service and repairman was at our house within two hours.
*From start to finish, repair only took two hours to complete.
*Our repairman was knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. He called us by name and was wonderful at telling us exactly what was going on with our furnace as well as things to watch for in the future.
*He worked with us as much as he was able with the cost of our repair.
I literally have no cons to report from our experience. We had heat again by 9:30 AM and felt very comfortable and satisfied with our entire service. We'll call Passanisi for all our future heating & cooling needs!
