Salt delivery always a smooth transaction. Bought my unit, but $150 service charge is a going rate for any service call; plumber, electrician, HVAC system. Parts wear out and need replacing; adjustments need to be made and calibrated. Nothing lasts forever and my only regret is buying a house with well water...hard, hard well water!!! Devin & Brian gave me answers and action. A real education on the system, how it works and when it isn't working to its potential.

Dont trust management or pricing. 3 times the price of competitors and poor customer service. They install a water filter, you are stuck with them for life and they will keep jacking the price up qtrly to change filter. Buyer beware.

We just had a home consultation with Ron. He was a pleasure to deal with. He tested our water, toured our basement for the best location for a whole home filtration system. He was knowledgeable about the issues with our local water supply, and was very informative about the system that was best suited for our needs. Ron was able to explain the maintenance that the system we chose would need in a very clear and matter of fact manner.
We've had many contractors from plumbers, HVAC companies, and electricians through our house over the past few years. I wish they were all as professional and laid back as Ron was. I highly recommend anyone considering water filtration to give these guys a call first.
