If you're really in a jam, these are NOT the people to call.
I took off from work to keep a long-standing appointment and they did not show up, answer their phone, return my phone calls, or my emails.

I'm convinced that Bill Pasquarello is the best plumber in Philadelphia (or maybe anywhere). We had several plumbers out to our condo try to figure out where some bad odors were coming from, both in our unit and in the main building entry. No one could figure it out until Bill. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough, and doesn't stop if his initial guess doesn't pan out. He was able to diagnose and remedy all the odors. I can't thank him enough. He also replaced and relocated our water heater, which was a big job. He was very helpful in figuring out where to relocate it, and we're thrilled to have hot showers once again. He and his team do excellent work.

Pasquarello Plumbing went above and beyond fixing a potentially disastrous issue at our house. We had a basement toilet backing up and spilling out across our basement floor. The first company I called did a few minutes of work and called it a day, but the problem persisted. Pasquarello came out the next day and worked tirelessly to pinpoint where the issue was coming from. I don't know much at all about plumbing, but they were patient and clear in explaining what the issue was. We now have a clean and dry basement. We've had other work done at our house and I've never been more impressed by the professionalism and diligence that Pasquarello showed. I only write reviews if I'm truly impressed by the service I receive, and if I could give Pasquarello more stars, I would.

Each time was when I was in a jam. Each time I was helped within 24 hours- reasonably priced, excellent service, and work that never had to be redone/excellent.
I want to say thank you very very much! For your trustworthiness and excellent work!!
They use a rug to put down on your carpet so they do not make a mess. I had nothing negative to say after using them three times. ENJOY - the service

Pasquarello Plumbing is thorough, professional and neat. They did a huge job at my place this week. They came on time, prepared and completed the work timely and were I was very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!
