If I could give them -5 stars I would. Firstly, they were 2 and 1/2 hours late (appointment was at 12, he arrived at 2:30) with no call to let me know he was late. The job was to hook up my new sink and new gas cooktop. When the repair man came he said it was too big of a job to do that day because he was off at 3 and it was a 4 hour job.! ( so why did he even come then?) why would that take 4 hours? I asked for an estimate ( we had all the parts) he said it was $400/ hr for labor!!!!! And the total would be $2100!!! I'm not sure where the extra $500 came from after the $1600 for 4 hours of work and we had all the parts??? So I refused the project and then he charged me $90 to come out 2.5 hours late, without enough time to do the job for a ridiculously high estimate! I lost 3 hours of work waiting for this?
Any way, my husband, not a contractor or a plumber, (a computer guy) did the whole thing himself in 90 minutes. Do not use this company.

We had our gas furnace/air handler replaced. The salesman did not pressure us at all to upgrade the AC condenser until it was needed. The office staff was receptive and helped us schedule a time that worked for us. ON install day the technician showed up on time and was VERY personable, polie, and professional. Our original wiring was not ""wrong"" but somewhat out of the ordinary. Our technican called supervisor out to give a second check and was here in minutes. This is an advantage of hiring a truly local company with local people doing the work. The job was done way faster than we expected and the work area was put back cleaner than found. One notable item is the technician both seemed genuinely happy and happy with the work they were doing and the company they work for. I would very highly recommend Paso heating and air to anyone who needs work. Thank you!!

AC check up was accomplished. The service was on time and the technician was very courteous and thorough. He was also very conscious of cleanliness in our home. The ""Fan Club"" is a very good bargain for maintenance of your HVAC system.

I joined the club for spring and winter HVAC service and maintenance. The employee (Ian) was punctual, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Crawled into the attic for the heater, and subsequently offered to vacuum the residue of insulation that fell to the floor. All tolled, I had a good experience and consider Ian an excellent representative of the company. By joining their service club, I no longer worry about the HVAC system - a good quality value for my peace of mind.

We needed a new air conditioner to get ready for summer. Nothing but a great experience. Took a couple days to get quote. Then the next week for install. So happy with the new system and the installers were clean and friendly. The front office was very friendly as well.

Paso Robles Heating and Air had to sub contract another company's technician to troubleshoot our blower fan and motor imbalance issue. The tech spent about an hour to determine that repairs were not possible, and that a new HVAC system was the only option at $18k to $22k since the A/C has outdated refrigerant (although it's working fine), and they told us it would be $250 for the repair/estimate, but they billed us $650 (we paid them because we honor our obligations). We looked into other companies, and several others gave us quotes to simply replace the blower motor and fan. Bee Right There out of Atascadero replaced the blower motor and fan for $1600 in two hours, and it works perfectly. BTW, Bee Right There HVAC beat the HVAC replacement over Paso Robles Heating and Air by more than 20% equivalent or better equipment. I'm betting that Paso Robles Heating and Air could figure out who wrote this review, but I'm also betting they don't care and are not interested in reconciliation there overcharge. May the buyer beware.

This review is for Steve Mayfield. Steve showed up as a check to make sure I was getting everything I needed since I got scammed by Bee Right There heating and ac. (Update- The owner of Bee Right There ended up stepping up and making it right so kudos to the owner)
It was an emergency fix so I already had another guy here fixing what Bee Right There broke but Steve still stopped by because he hadn't heard back from me. I really appreciated that . He was so polite and responsive and I appreciated his advice and prompt check up. I did not have him do any work personally because the other guy was here working but I would recommend Steve and Paso Robles heating and air to anyone since he was knowledgeable and prompt !

The inducer motor on one of my furnaces was dying.
Don diagnosed it and gave me an estimate that evening.
Although it took a week to obtain the part, due to pandemic supply chain issues, Dany promised he would install it himself once it arrived. Despite a very busy schedule during the cold snap, he came out today and installed it.
Excellent service, very professional and friendly.
A shout out to Stephanie for staying cool under crazy pressure from stressed out clients.

Due to the extreme heat this summer and power outages our AC stopped working

I was able to get a tech out in 4 days to check it And we needed new control board and capacitor

Chris made repairs and it is cooling again now !
