Our company was founded by Jim and Julie Paschall, who launched it as part of a family legacy. In 1982, Jim, following in the footsteps of his father, an Oregon plumber, founded Paschall Plumbing in Sparks. Since that time, the company has seen remarkable growth. Yet, through all this success, one principle has remained constant.

our AC went out with the outside temp at 96. Their receptionist was great and she fit us in at the end of the next day. they showed up on time and trouble shouted the problem. we needed a new fan motor and they came through the next morning as promised, ya I k was terrific and knowledgeable. very personable, even offered to help carry groceries in.
i thought the bill was reasonable considering our AC is old. Highly recommend Yanick and Paschalle Heating and Plumbing.

I was having a small issue with some water pooling up in my garage. My technician, Bill Shores, came out to troubleshoot. He was on time and was clear about his eta and called me ahead of arrival. He was quick and cleared up any worries I had about leaks under the house. I now have peace of mind about the issue and will be calling Paschall Plumbing for any further issues.

Our 23 year old heater needed a tune up. Tim came out and did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We decided to go with their service plan which is really reasonable. We have also used them for plumbing problems. So if you need help with anything that they do give them a call they are great!!!!

My 18 year old water heater started leaking. Bill came out and replaced the old pos in 2 hours. He was very nice and really helpful. If you need a plumber or anything that they do don't hesitate to call!

We had our annual, scheduled plumbing inspection with Bill Shores (yesterday 10.12.22) and he, too, was amazing. Answered all our questions and provided a lot of information. We're really happy with services provided by Paschall and the technicians they employ!

My mother, who passed away a few months ago, received a bill from Paschall Plus. The bill shows an invoice date of April 2022 and below the bill states "" Please remit ASAP! to avoid further action""! Mind you, this was written in RED ink as well. So I called them and spoke with Angie. I told her I have a question regarding my mother's bill that she received in the mail. Though I have not notified her yet that my mother had passed. She simply says ""ok""? and there was a moment of silence. With her reply, I was not sure if she needed any information from me to look up my mother's account. So I told her that I needed help. She finally ask if there was an invoice number, and so I gave it to her. I told her my mother usually pays the workers at the time of service. Angie looked up the account and said there was no payment made. I told her my mother passed away a few months ago. She simply replies ""ok?..this bill is still outstanding"". I informed Angie we are going through a legal matter right now and if they can push this out. She ask ""soooo, how long do you want to push it out""? I told her maybe two or three months. She replies ""ok""? I told Angie my mother passed away, not to get out of paying the bill, but simply getting some suggestions like extending the courtesy. I also wanted to find out from Angie if any phone calls were attempted to collect from my mother while she was alive. Angie said my mother did not have an email address so they were not able to send her an email. Though I was not asking her about emailing. So I ask again about any phone calls made, and she says no there are no records of any phone calls being made. I told her the invoice was back in April, and they did not try to call her? She then told me I was being hostile and our phone call is being recorded. I told her I work in customer services as well and she does not have any customer service skills at all. She just kept saying how the call is being recorded and that I'm being hostile. She also threatened me to settle the matter in court. And after all the awful remarks she has said to me, she hangs up the phone and leaves me hanging on the other line. Well, Angie, I truly hope our conversation was recorded. I assure you, with the kind of customer service you have presented to me, which was absolutely VERY POOR, I will never refer ANYONE to PASCHALL PLUS .

My experience with Paschall Plumbing was the best! My first contact was extremely professional and efficient. I could tell they were invested in helping me out with a few plumbing repairs. They were able to come out in a couple of days and arrived at their appointed time. Bill spent time explaining what options I had to fix my problems. I was extremely pleased that he located and fixed the water leak in my yard. My experience with Paschall Plumbing was stellar, and I will be using them for all of my future plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. Good job!

We had the unfortunate luck to have a home with shower heads that can't just be replaced with a turn and we needed a handheld shower head installed for my mother with dementia.
At the beginning of the pandemic, I messaged Paschall through Facebook and not only did they respond quickly but they also allowed me to send video and get a general idea for what we needed. We waited because at the time it wasn't urgent but after my mom broke her leg this February, we knew we could not put it off any longer.
I called and got a quick appointment and Matthew showed up on time. He was pleasant and FAST. The job was done and done well, in about 15 minutes AND it came in under estimate. Everything was completed quickly and better than expected. I thought perhaps we would be left with a small hole or something but it looks better than the original shower head did in its place.
I highly recommend and would use them again, hopefully with Matthew doing the job.

I thought people in the company were rude and not helpful after business was completed. I felt like an after thought. I would not recommend the company for that. Maybe I was asking too much for certain things. A friend of mine asked me who I would recommend to fix their plumbing problem and I told them not to use this company so they would not have the same experience as I did.
