Let me start by saying Paschall Plumbing is awesome....in case you only read the first sentence to get a feel for the review!
Plumbing issues are usually unexpected and something that needs to be taken care of asap. We had some issues with roots blocking our line, after a total of four visits from another company, the problem remained and simply did not go away. We needed a company that had a camera to inspect the line properly. I used Yelp of course to help my search and called about and decided on Pascall Plumbing, they were pleasant and were able to come almost right away. Matt came with the camera to inspect the line and very quickly and efficiently completed that task. He has many many years of experience, knew how the sewer lines ran in this neighborhood and was able to give us a quote to fix this problem. They were back in two days and completed the job in one day. When they left, very little trace anything had happened, the only indentation was caused from the large machine and only because the lawn was rain soaked. Excellent job all around, they came with all the proper equipment and most importantly the expertise and knowledge to do the job.
We will only use Paschall Plumbing company in the future and highly recommend them with no hesitation at all!

These guys are AWESOME! Matt came out today to stop a leaky toilet and Davey came out today to start up my swamp cooler! Both Matt and Davey are amazing, letting me know what needs to be done before they started and also informing me of what parts were needed and such during the repair and start up. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and their techs, and trust me when I say I have dealt with A LOT of plumbing/HVAC companies in the Reno-Sparks area and these guys are clearly the BEST! Paschall Plumbing recently installed a new hot water heater at our residence. We had another bid in the same price range with another company who told us it wasn't necessary to get a permit. Paschall Plumbing's quote of the new water heater included the permit which they set up with the City of Reno. We felt more comfortable getting a permit knowing the water heater was to code. To top it off, they were able to schedule that install the same day!! We highly recommend Paschall Plumbing!

I have had Paschall Plumbing & heating for over 20 years. I bought their lifetime warranty. Great honest company. The guys are great, they explain things in laymens terms.. We are having them put in a swamp cooler next spring.

On a late Friday afternoon my wife detected a small amount of water on the kitchen floor by the refrigerator.We called another company that we had done business with over the years and was told they couldn't get to us until Monday.In the meantime the water was starting to seep under the neighboring hardwood floors.We remembered Paschall and gave them a call and explained the emergency .In less than a half hour Matt arrived and disconnected the water line to the refrigerator, ordered a new part, and had it installed in a week.Imagine the damage that would had been done if we had to wait until Monday.

Contacted Paschall via phone for a non-emergency water leak. They charge $129 for an initial diagnostic visit and had a next day appointment available. Bill was our friendly and professional technician, work was done quickly (~1hr) and neatly. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Our master shower wouldn't turn all the way off so water was leaking bad from the showerhead. A friend of mine recommended Paschall. I was worried because it was a Sunday and I was pretty sure it was going to cost a lot for them to come out on a weekend. I called them, Matt returned my call, and came out at around 8pm that night. Unfortunately, he needed a part from a plumbing supply store to fix it and of course they aren't open on Sunday's. Matt called me Monday morning, he got the part he needed, and came by and fixed it. Matt was amazing! Incredibly friendly, as was Angie in the office. I was completely surprised at how reasonably priced they are as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

During this time of social distancing we could not have been happier with Chad from Paschall Plumbing. In and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday.
