Bobby came late to repair my air conditioner at a very reasonable cost. He also repaired what a previous service contractor had repaired but done incorrectly. I highly recommend Paschall Air & Htg.

We have an old house that is pier and beam. One of the ducts to the dining room register collapsed. We have tried to get several companies to run a new duct but everyone said it was not accessible from the 1/2 basement.

When it came time to replace the a/c system we made it a requirement to make all vents operational. When Paschal came out for the estimate, they said if the register could not be re-connected, they would walk away because they pride themselves on their work.
This install was the most amazing experience dealing with a/c and plumbers. They methodically world removing the old ducts, furnace and compressor. When they completed work, every vent was blowing (we had 2 broken) and they reconnected a secondary air return. The cost to do all the work was not cheap but they were within the average range of cost. I am extremely pleased with the install and want to compliment Moises and his crew. They made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly. I highly recommend Paschal.

You state on your site HVAC emergencies can occur at any time, which is why we provide prompt emergency services to address urgent issues, ensuring your home remains comfortable year-round. We called yall on Sat when our ac went out Abe's all yall could say is we will get someone Tuesday. That is not prompt emergency services you provided. It has been over 96 with heat index making it over 106. There is no excuse whatsoever to not fix someone ac during the heat. It had gotten over 90 in this house downstairs and let's not even talk about upstairs. The guy finally came out this morning at 8 and said it's 2 electrical parts he had to order some yall don't keep on hand. What company doesn't keep parts on hands in the heated months. We have multiple events Thursday, Fri & Sat with over 100 ppl coming and going therefore making out hotter. We can't even use the oven to make all the things we need for each event cause the oven will make it hotter than 90 which it's already at. The guy told me this would not be fixed today. I don't care where you have to go and how much you have to pay I demand this to be fixed by tonight. I will be reporting your business to the bbb as well so your rating goes down. And I will make sure to prove documents of my sister spending over 1000 on portal ac units we have to use to cool the house down which run 24/7. Yet it still doesn't cool it down under 85. Yall will be reimbursing them that amount after we are finished though the bbb...
There is also no excuse for a BRAND NEW ac unit to have defective electrical within four days of buying unless you provided them with defected parts in the first place.

I definitely would NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT Their customers or if they did, they would do as they advertise on their website for prompt emergency, which they did not supply...This is ridiculous and uncalled for in the Texas heat.

Thank you Dustin & Caleb for your help to get this escalated. They got our parts overnighted to get this ac back on since it's now been about 5 days now. Daniel the field manager will be here tomorrow to fix the ac. Will update after that.

Although we went ahead with a different company, we had a wonderful experience getting estimates and having Rhonda come out. They were responsive via yelp and set up an estimate right away. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, she was also very responsive and although they offered a great price, we proceeded with another company that was lower

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!
