I live in Cabot. Those servicemen who live here are courteous, professional, and prompt. They are not cheap, but they are good.

On the other hand, I made an appointment for a plumbing problem on Sunday night for Monday. I was given a time frame for Monday morning, received two emails and a text confirming the appointment. When I called Paschal on Monday, they said it would be Tuesday. I explained that we stayed home on Monday, waiting for the promised appointment. No explanation, no apology. Just ""it will be Tuesday.""

I understand schedules and work loads. Had we been told ""it will be Tuesday..."" no problem. As it is, we were over-promised and under-delivered.
