My ac quit working so I called
Paschal plumbing and air had bought their co
So they came out. Charged me 1386.00 to replace 1/2hp blower motor which is outrageous. Everyone else in town is between 500-600. Its a 100 dollar motor. They charged 868
For motor and 500 labor. Get quotes before you use them

I miss Lyerla. Excellent and prompt service before Paschal purchased. Now I have to lose 1/2 day pay with their window and that is assuming they will show up. Today was my second attempt to having my furnace repaired/replaced. First attempt they failed to tell me I was last call which means they can show up at 7pm. I had appointments and would have to cancel. I discovered this AFTER I called to find out when they were arriving. I am self employed and have to cancel clients. I rescheduled for first call this morning. Arranged my schedule to leave an additional hour free just in case. Within a half hour of the window I called. I was told an error in scheduling and their first call went to someone else. They would be here within an hour. An hour later, I received a text saying ""I was still on schedule"" and they'd let me know.

No, not the first time for me but others as well. A friend who transitioned from Lyerla as well, has had to have three rescheduled appointments. Like me, they had to call to find out service was not coming or would be far later. Like me, they had taken time off for work.

Please note, I have their monthly service plan. They are clueless. Not to mention, every call I have to listen to sales pitches for items.

Finally, check their prices. I needed a hot water heater. Their prices were double what I was able to purchase and install with someone else.

All the people did a fantastic job. From the person who came to our house Lance to the installer, John and a young lady, but cant reember her name. Both of them worked very hard that day, in fact, they worked almost 13 hours to get my new air conditioner in and working. I cant say enough good things about them, I wish I could remember the young ladies name, I know she told me, but my name remembering abilities went the same way my health has gone, sterically down hill.

My furnace wasn't working. Paschal wanted $1100 to replace the induction. I got a second opinion from another hvac company who came out same day and fixed it for under $200.

Paschal overcharged me! My electric heating system stopped working last week and I called Paschal in the Joplin area. A technician came and found out that the wire was burnt. He reconnected the wire and no parts were needed. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The charge? $373! I don't think the charge is justified and I will not use Paschal again!

they continue to have (wess clark ) on there tv commercials. after i complained about him telling me to cover my armstrong dual air and heating unit. he wanted to make a commission on selling me a new unit before it's time. he is responsible for burning coils in my armstrong unit. he put his personal phone number on the card. i guess the company number wasn't good enough. i'm almost 63 yrs. old .. why would he give me his personal ph. number? i filed a complaint w/ the bbb. nothing has happened ...

They left us in the cold!!! We put a $17,000.00 unit in the house and paid with a cashier check about three months ago, so that we would have a good unit when winter hit. They forgot to endorse the back of the check so the bank kicked it back, Pascal tried to bill us again for it. My wife had to tell them our bank said they needed to indorse the back of the check We called them today and they put us on a list for no service at this address because we did not pay, but we did we have a copy of the cashiers check from our bank that it has been paid in full. Today the heating unit went down. They finally sent a good technician out, they don't have the part that broke and it could take two days or two weeks to get the part in. Now we are without heat and it is 5 degrees and cooling down to -1 tonight, they did not offer to get any other kind of heat source, and we may even have to pay for labor cost to put the part in? Well, I guess you can say this train has derailed!!!

I had to call them 3 times to redo a job. The first recall was the very next day. The same procedure was redone as the first day. They had to use a camera and snaked my system. The third call was 33 days later. This company wanted to charge me over $450. 00 to recheck the problem. They only give a 30-day return policy. I was 3 days late in calling for that frree window. BUT, the secretary said there would be no charge for a return 3rd visit. Due to the problem being the something. When the technician arrived, he said it would cost us the full amount again. Not what I was told on the phone. I will never use this company again. Nor will I give them a good rating. In between this, another company came out to give us an estimate and had to resnake it just to rerun his camera. Said that pascal did a shottie snake job. My husband has seen. The camera redo shows the clogs, roots, and freshly broken pipe left behind by Pascal. Never again Pascal. We have not been sending any paper what so ever down the toilet for 39 days now. But backed up 4 times.

I have been a customer for 3 years but it will not be 4. I had them to come to check my system and get an estimate to replace it. We'll my estimate was close to 18 thousand. I had explained to the service person that this was a grant from the VA. He said thats cool . Well a week later after calling several times for the paperwork l was not only informed they didn't do third-party billing l now owed them for the visit. Great way to treat A Veteran . And if you get Mary hang up she told me numerous times she doesn't know. Good bye but seriously really think twice about using this company. So l am now back in the market for new HAVC person. Too bad they have no loyalty to their customer.

STAY AWAY! I purchased the top of the line variable speed Trane VI20, complete heat pump system from Paschal. I've had it now for 2 years and have had them maintain it spring and fall. First off the install was a nightmare and still hard for me to look at, since I'm a project engineer by trade. They literally leveled a plastic base with rock and bricks and slapped the 15k unit on it. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, I was in a wheelchair Post motorcycle accident at the time and wasn't able to really see all the terrible work that I admittedly signed off on at that time. I also discovered the new blower inside was installed in a place that doesn't allow me to pull the filter out, so I have to fold the filters to install them! Then to top it off, when I pay them $100 to come out now 4 times, they always try to upsale me something. The latest includes surge protectors for $800, which should have been installed with the new system. Also, the tech likes to put their cell phone up inside the blower and show you dirt and mold to try and sell you a $1200 Halo UV light to kill mold. They can take a pic of it, but won't clean it! What am I paying the $100 for? Maintenance!! Customer service is terrible, no one calls you back when promised. I hate that I spent 15k so I wouldn't have to worry about a 25 year old unit, that was working fine, to now wishing I still had it! Do not support this company!!!! They will not support you.
