We are new to town and bought an older home, I broke my ankle in the move and my husband smashed his hand. We usually do this work ourselves but could not this time. We had leaking kitchen sink, and needed a new faucet and garbage disposal. I supplied the parts. I was charged 850.00 for two and a half hours of work... highway robbery! They were recommend by our realtor. He was also shocked. Services is great but price is insane.

Good thing I got a 2nd opinion! PASCAL told me i needed a new unit for $3 to $5k. 2nd opinion said change your air filte and was 100% correct. Nothing more to say!!!

Soooooooo. AC compressor out yesterday. Parts ordered and in today. I thought it would be next week sitting in the heat. 24 hours later they were back at the house replacing my AC compressor. I just want to say thank u to Todd at Paschal in Springdale. He saved us from the heat of the day and spent his whole evening replacing the compressor. Then he was off to help another client. Thank u Todd. We appreciate u much. Thank u Paschal for taking care of us. I hope Paschal appreciates the dedicated employee they have in Todd. He deserves a raise!!

We came back from vacation Friday night to find the A/C in our house not working. We called Paschal and they were able to send out a technician that night. Stephanie came to our house three times to ultimately assess and repair our A/C problem and she was a joy to work with considering the circumstances.

We will request Stephanie to come this fall for our heat system check-up and will continue to rely on Paschal for our air needs. They were great about communication throughout the whole cumbersome process!

The worst customer service experience I've ever had.
The guy showed up and said I'll look at the unit then let you know how much it will cost before I fix it.
Fifteen minutes later he's back at the door saying he fixed it and here's how much it will cost.
I'm thrown by that a bit since he never came back, and when it's in the hundreds of dollars I might have something to say about it. Anyway, I ask about using a coupon that I'd gotten from them. The guy then laughs in my face and says I'm already giving you the lowest price possible, but I'd be happy to charge the regular rate and use your coupon. It'll be a lot more expensive though.
I was so humiliated. Demeaned. He seemed happy.
I felt horrible after that and just quickly paid him to get rid of him. He treated me like trash and that's how I felt afterwards. I will never, NEVER, do business with this company again!

Matt Byron and Joe did a great job on the install. They were very polite and highly skilled on the install of the new heat and air unit in the attic. I have no idea how they managed to get the old equipment out and the new one installed in such a small place. They even re caulked some seems. I will use them again. The

Our outside unit was humming and the fan motor wouldn't come on. Paschal was able to get a couple guys out that afternoon to look into it. Our fan motor was out. We mentioned that our house was about two years old and the service guys found out the part was under warranty and replaced it for a reasonable fee. They even registered the new part for warranty.

-showed up on time, same day we called
-sent professional guys who worked efficiently and kept us in the loop, delivered on all promises
-charged a reasonable price and explained the charges fully
-They built a super cool building for their HQ instead of some lame pre-fab storage unit. Style is everything. I love driving by it!

Called Paschal because I had a question about my heating system. Everyone was helpful, from the person who answered my call to the gentleman who answered my questions. If I have any more issues I will definitely be calling them and will let my friends and family know!
