Want to waste a half a day waiting for Paschal to show up? Then set up an appointment with Melissa over email. Clear your schedule, wait for their tech to call and say he's on his way all morning. Expect no communication. Email Melissa to ask what's going on, get no response. (Still no response, even 8 hours later.) Wait, should the customer have to chase down answers for why an appointment was not kept? I think not. Then get a call from the tech after the 4 hour window has passed saying he can come now, just as you have to walk out the door for an appointment. The tech will blame the office for not budgeting his time well and offer to have you call the office to reschedule. But that won't happen, because you'll call another company that will respect your time and communicate and have decent customer service.

In response to the owner's comment: Don't mislead Yelp readers by calling it a miscommunication. It was a total lack of communication on your company's part and a blatantly missed appointment. I'm not interested in doing business with your company because of this incident, and I think others should know that this happened to a new customer. And please stop calling me.
Terrible customer service. Tried to explain a unique situation and they wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Receptionist was so rude would cut me off while I was in the middle of explaining the situation and told me their policy. Plenty of people out there want your business take it somewhere else.
Paschal was responsive and straight to the point when it came to diagnosing our issue. We have a lighting strike hit close to our home which caused some issues with out furnace control panels. The same technician whom diagnosed the issue also did the repair and was very respectful, courteous, thorough. Based on my experience with this particular technician alone, I will us PHA&G again.
Jennifer W.I call Paschal to come out and take a look at my AC unit. Originally the guy come out and said that my AC was low on cooling agent. More cooling agent was added and he left, a few days later my AC unit was not working again. I called Paschal and scheduled someone to come out and take a look at it again. I explain that someone had already came out and look at the AC unit. Our new guy came out and look at the AC again, he found a different problem and fixed the issue without charge. We are all human and make mistakes from time to time, but admitting that mistaking and taking care of your customer is what makes a thrust worthy company and a good customer service. I have used Paschal services again a week later for another location with not issues, thank you. I will use your company from now on.
Josh C.I used to use Bud Anderson. After seeing the sales men try to take my mother in law for an $8000 ride on unneeded equipment, I chose to switch to Paschal. I am on my second year as a gold member that cost $200 and gets you your spring and fall checkups and discounts on actual services. They have always been quick and efficient. They call you before showing up, so you aren't stuck waiting on a service man in a 4 hour window. They have never tried to offer crazy potential fixes based on age of equipment. They clean the unit and let me know I should be good based on what they see. I like honesty. it goes a long way, and will earn my suggestion to friends asking if I know of an ac guy! Keep up the good work!
Corey W.As a Beaver Lake homeowner, which we VRBO our lake house frequently, I understand, even under ideal conditions and lead times, it can be a challenge to get any maintenance/labor/assistance to make the drive out on the windy roads to our property. That said, we get it and plan ahead for repairs, etc. that we need.
It's a completely different story when we have guests staying at the property, paying good money and on their family vacation, and they have a maintenance requirement...such as yesterday at 5:45 pm with our A/C going out in the main house when it's an unseasonably 80+ degrees:
Introduce our hero of the day, Todd: we reached out to Paschal around 6:30 pm last night while the inside house temperature was still hovering around 80 degrees due to so much direct sunlight all day and no A/C with a home full of family vacationers. Todd was at our property and had the problem diagnosed by 8:00 p.m.!!!
Hayden was able to come out the same day I called about my air conditioning and had the new part delivered and installed quickly. He even talked to me about their service plan which overall saved me money! This is the 2nd time I have used Paschal and I will continue to use them in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Paschal this summer. My cheap 19 year old unit has been struggling to keep up with our summers ever since I purchased my home 9 years ago. I had a home warranty when I bought the house, so they sent other companies out when I had problems the first 2 years. All of these companies tried to sell me a new unit, but I refused. Their ""band-aid"" fixes managed to last 7 years! Every summer since then I have wondered if this would be the year that it finally dies on me. Early this summer I had a problem with my condensate line and I wanted to have some maintenance done since it had been 7 years since anyone had checked it out. A family member referred me to Paschal. Travis, my service tech was awesome. He understood that I wanted to keep the old a/c as long as possible and gave me some maintenance tips, as well as telling me to be prepared to replace the unit at some point in the future. At the end of July, when the temps were in the mid-to-upper 90s I could tell my unit was struggling to keep up and making some loud noises that it shouldn't. I decided to bite the bullet and finally get a new unit. I had been so impressed with Travis that I called Paschal again. They sent Daniel to inspect my house/system/heating and cooling needs. He was also very professional and informative and provided me with 3 different recommendations/options at different price and efficiency levels. My dad, a contractor in central AR, told me which option to go with and agreed that the prices for the Trane units they recommended were fair. So I called Daniel, ordered my unit, and set up an install date a little over a week away. Thank goodness I did! My a/c went out completely 2 days later. Travis came out and tried to patch it so I could have a/c until my install date, but there wasn't much he could do. So Daniel and Allison in the installation department scrambled to move up my installation day by 5 days. They were so great, and I was (and still am) so appreciative!!! The install team was super professional as well. And they cleaned up my garage (where the furnace is) when they were finished. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with Paschal. They aren't the cheapest company around, but they definitely aren't the most expensive. I am willing to pay a little more for the top notch quality and service I have received and I highly recommend them!
Randy L.I first learned about Paschal Heating, Air and Geothermal when they installed a full multi zone system in the office where I work. They were very professional and the results were outstanding. This year, when the time came to replace the system in my house, I knew who to call. From the first consultation visit, through the selection process, the install and city inspection process, the Paschal team was the model of what a HVAC service company should be. My system has been in service for about a month now, and as strange as it seems, my wife and I are actually sleeping better. The A/C never wakes us up throwing off or grasping for blankets as the old one did when it cycled on and off through the night. Neither does the new unit wake us up with the loud whine of the compressor outside our bedroom window. 100% satisfied - I would ..and do.. recommend them to my friends.
