Charged me $4,300 for main sewer line repair which is about 3x what others would charge. Company that broke my sewer line showed up...Paschal left and this other company did the repair. Paschal still charged me the full amount for work they did not do. Called them two days ago about it and a supervisor was supposed to call me back...still have not heard back from them. Definitely would not recommend or use again. Their Planned Protection Membership is useless...with the $4,300 charge they are claiming that is with a $476 discount.

Horrible customer service. Called on a Thursday to get AC fixed. Told Monday was earliest appointment. Called Monday morning to confirm. Told tech had ""emergency"" and couldn't come out. Moved to Wednesday. Called Wednesday morning to confirm and was told we weren't on the schedule at all. Moved to Friday, over a week later at this point. Called Friday to confirm . Gave us a Noon to 7pm window. Called at 5pm on Friday when hadn't heard from anyone. and told tech was behind. Called at 6:45pm when hadn't heard from annyone and told we were still on the schedule. Still waiting at this point. Absolutely don't use this company.

Don't waste your time with this compan! If you need something fixed in a timely manner, this company not for you. took off work for this appointment from 7am-12pm to fix are HVAC unit. I got a call at 3pm saying there running late, got another call at 3:02pm and missed it. called back at 3:04pm and was on hold for 20min then told it was gonna be 3 week wait to get another appointment. looking at the other reviews, this looks like a common issue.

I had an appoint to for service on the AC. I called yesterday to comfirm. It was a go. The time was today between 7-Noon. At 11:55 i called asking what the issue is and I was told they reschedule it. There was NO communication from Paschal at all. That is POOR customer service........ I know there is al ot of storm work. I get that...... If they can schedule a new appointment and cancel another they have time to call you and let you know and reschedule. When you ask for a manager that will not let you talk to anyone. They know what they did..... POOR SERVICE...... They tried to use the storm for the reason.... Look back at reviews from Oct and Nov 2023..... Same complaint..... As soon as I posted view I got a call from them. They where to busy when I called..... TERRIBLE SERVICE

I got a letter saying in big bold all caps font. WE WANT TO BUY BACK YOUR OLD SYSTEM FOR A NEW ONE AND WE WILL PAY YOU TO DO IT. OFFER EXPIRES 06-08-24. I called the number to inquire more. While on hold a message said to use the website chat. While on chat I was told they couldn't tell me more and that I'd have to schedule an in home estimate. I took off work and did so. The comfort specialist was great. Checked my system, answered my questions, and gave me some options. He could not however give me a price on how much they'd buy back my system for. He said they never pay for equipment that they replace. Weird. So after he leaves, I call the number again and speak to someone. They say they never pay for equipment and that there are state and utility company credits or rebates you can apply for to lower the cost. They confirm once again that they do not actually want to buy back my system and pay me for it. They said they'll pass on my dissatisfaction to their marketing department. This dishonesty is unfortunate. How can I drop $30k on a new system if this is how the relationship begins?

Scheduled initial service for an annual contract 3 weeks ago. 5:05 today recieved a call they Overbooked and we were canceled for tomorrow. Terrible service.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you! Pascal recently went to a friend's house, (Rogers Arkansas) and tried to convince them that because their electrical box was in an interior closet, it was against code. The Pascal representative said they had to report the issue. What a SCAM! Although with new build homes, the breaker box would not be located in the house, normally in the garage area, it is not against code to have them in the interior of the home for older homes. You would not have to relocate the breaker box in order to meet current codes if you are not updating the electrical. Pascal was at the home for an air conditioning call. I fix and flip homes for a living, so I am familiar with basic building and remodeling requirements. The only reason Pasal would make this suggestion would be to scare the homeowners the changes had to be made or they might get into trouble, ""they were going to have to report"" the issue. Total CRAP!!! Since Pascal does electrical work, who would benefit from lying to unknowing customers?

Pascals began work on our simple heating unit when I was four months pregnant and gave up when our son was six months old. We were sent seven different technicians over eight visits none of whom knew that the issue was a $50 part that took ten minutes to replace. All told we were charged more than it would cost to replace the entire unit. After warranty work the last technician to visit purposefully broke our pipes to cause a propane leak so he could close down the system and wash his hands of us. This was the day before the negative degree weather front of the season and our only reliable heat source.
When we called supervisor Cecil he satiated that if he had known how much trouble we would be he never would have taken us on. They refuse to fix the system for less than $800 (unit is $600 brand new) but came down from the $1400 quoted to us to get us to send them away.
Pascals doesn't care about you and will exhaust you with ineptitude and ignorance. They are an abhorrent company of upchargers and scammers.
