Chris B.They came to fix my unit, replaced a part that wasn't broken charged me 500$ had to COME BACK the next day to find a short (which was the real problem) fixed it but since it had broken my thermostat because they didnt do it right the first day told me i'd have to pay 600$+ more to fix that, so I told them to kick rocks because that was bull crap.
Rick R.We needed a sewer drain issue fixed and they showed up to charge over $500 for the electrical drum snake. Then proceeded to not fix the problem, but suggested calling the city. Which the city had no part in the repairs that needed done. They wanted to meet the people responsible for the attempt at repair, but the company never came through with this meeting. Be careful.
