Came to replace a hose that broke on my washing machine. Randy was literally there 5 minutes and the hose cost $15. They charged me $ 200. Highway robbery I would not recommend them

They fixed the main intake line when the ground around our house dropped after Harvey and it was being stretched and about to catastrophically crack open. They also added a shutoff valve below a stress point so if it happens again, our only option won't be waiting for the water company to shut off the water on their side as it spews in the air like a gusher. My husband also had them replace our hot water heater while they were here as they had a reasonable price for parts and labor and ours was way overdue. Happy with the service.

In April 2017 I had a plumber from Pasadena Plumbing Services come out an repair a leak I had in my water line that feeds in from the meter. The job costed $200. The very next day, I was away and my neighbor had to shut off my water at the meter because it created a large shower and I lost several thousand gallons of water due to the poor repair. Fast forward July 2018, the very same plumbing job spung a leak. The repair said the ground must be shifting due to the weather. He proposed to repair the very same job done last year and gave me an estimate for $325. I called the business office to complain about the cost of the repeated repair, and I was told the service person last year probably gave me a good deal and there was no negotiating the price.

Overpriced and can't even replace things with what you ask. And better have cash ready other wise it's 3% more to use a card

Replaced a bathtub in the rent house for $2500: labor, tub, valves, plumbing. Did not include tile work or finishing walls. Additional $1500 required to other contractors for finishing. Seemed high for two days labor and $400 tub. Then one of the new valves started leaking 2 months later, costing another $250 to repair - no warranty past 30 days on new installation?????? Felt ripped off twice - won't go back.

We called several plumbers to come out and replace a toilet within a fairly narrow time frame. Nobody could help. Fortunately, these guys said they could. The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful, and the plumber arrived less than two hours after I called. Once the toilet repair was done, we asked the plumber to fix a faulty kitchen faucet. He was happy to address this issue, even though we hadn't told them to plan for that job. Everything went very well, and we were very happy with the entire experience. Give 'em a call!

I do not recommend this company ... bids are unreasonable and very high. The field person I spoke with was unprofessional.
