Thomas was great to work with. I have a rental property and the tenant had a clogged drain. Sounds like a cinch for a professional plumber right? Well Thomas spoke to me at night when I called him and showed up the next day. It was a 2 sink master bath that drains to a single pipe. I guess the challenge is getting a snake to go down.....Well it took a couple of hours (longer than expected) but Thomas honored his original estimate. Everyone is happy and clearly Thomas is a man of his word. Yelp can be so incredibly helpful. This is how I found him!!

Thomas fixed our drain clean out, he did a great job, we are going to be using him again to move a washer dryer valve and drain out. Would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work!

He came back to move the plumbing for my washer dryer so that I could get the machines to fit in my closet, he did a great job very professional. He unlike some other plumbers has a standardized price book so I know his prices are fair and predetermined. Again second time around would give five stars and recommend him for plumbing work!

Recently, I moved into my new apartment and within a week the toilet started acting up. The landlords called out a plumber and they basically told me that I needed to hold the handle down longer for it to flush correctly. We tried everything and it was still acting up. Then the oven died. I called my landlords and they quickly ordered a new oven but when it got here the installers wouldn't install it because there was an issue with the gas line. My landlord called 15 plumbers to come out and repair it but ALL of them couldn't come out for a week. I remembered that I had used Parzival Plumbing a year ago and was very happy with their work, so I gave them the information and I am so glad that I did! Thomas showed up that evening to fix the gas line so I could use my oven. I asked him if he could look at the toilet and tell me if there was anything he could do to fix it or if it needed to be replaced. He determined that the toilet definitely needed to be replaced because it was leaking. After getting the okay from my landlords, he came back and installed my new toilet! Yay!!

During the whole process of the gas line repair and toilet installation, he called and/or texted to let me know when he would be arriving at my house. I really appreciated his upbeat and positive personality, clear communication and kindness. I will definitely call Parzival Plumbing again and refer them to my friends and family!

Late last night, my water heater sprung a leak. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone out to my house early on Christmas Eve. I tried a couple of local plumbers but no one was answering their phone. On my third try, I got a hold of Dakota Plumbing. The guy who answered the phone couldn't come out, but he recommended Tomas from Parzival Plumbing. I called Tomas at Parzival and he agreed to come out the next morning (Christmas Eve) at 7:00 a.m. He was right on time, examined the leak, and gave me two estimates. I was happily surprised when I got the bill for the lower estimate. The price was really reasonable and it was such a relief to have my water working in time for Christmas.. I will be using Parzival plumbing again!

Recently, I had a mysterious leak in my condo bathrooms that share a wall. I needed some help solving the leak problem, so my wife asked around and found Thomas at Parzival. We set up an appointment and began to solve the problem. Thomas solved the problem through logical steps and seemed to want to help, unlike other plumbers we have dealt with in the past. I would use Thomas again, since he was honest and solved my problem. He also recommended how to dry out the area with rental blowers and a dehumidifier that I found at a local hardware store. I thought this was very helpful and showed he cared about our property.
