Caution to all consumers. Our family had a recently installed furnace installed by Partusch, and we encountered issues from the moment it was installed. They informed us they only handle new heating systems, and do not fix existing units.

In the following five years, as our recently installed furnace broke down, we had repairman after repairman tell us that the setup was incorrect. Our expenses totaled a couple thousand dollars getting heat in the winter months. That hurt. Avoid this company at all cost.

Regarding expenses, our family just invested $6,000 on a new heating system from another heating company. Fingers crossed.

I usually avoid untrustworthy individuals, and reminiscent of a scene from Sex in the City, I found myself putting up with the bad service from this business.

After moving into our new residence on September 1st, and even before we started unpacking, we sought out Partusch Plumbing & Heating as they were supposedly involved with the original plumbing, since they were reportedly connected to the original plumbing work.

One technician arrived to provide an estimate; he displayed a lack of professionalism, quickly moving through our space, scribbled some notes on a piece of paper, and directed me to reach out to the office to set up the needed appointments.

I reached out to book a time... four times, and every time, I was assured they would follow up. It's unclear to me why the scheduler was unable to book the appointment. I can't stress enough how untrustworthy and patronizing the staff at this "company" are.

Now it's December, and my spouse called this morning (since they supposedly had knowledge of our home's plumbing), only to encounter a rude and condescending lady, so my spouse hung up.

I called them back this morning and expressed that they were a complete failure. The company came highly recommended by our realtor and the seller.

As individuals who own a home and require plumbing services, we are willing to spend our money at a company (despite their poor treatment), but they won't even accept our money. Given our experience, I advise you not to waste your time with these people. This company could use a bit more competition.

Update: We recently called Anchorage Plumbing & Heating, and they mentioned they could send someone today and were respectful. They inquired about our problem and treated us with respect. What a refreshing change. If you doubt me, call both companies and hear it for yourself.

I have been a customer of this plumbing company for five years now. They set up an hot water heating system in the dining area and kitchen along with a Lochinvar heating system for the entire house and a Triangle hot water unit about five years ago. Since then, they have provided both maintenance and repair services. The initial installation was excellent... I still show off the quality of work to visitors. They have always been very responsive when the system needed immediate attention or routine maintenance. I hope all contractors I work with were as capable and quick as Partusch Plumbing & Heating.

My experience with this plumbing service was quite disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for HRV five days in advance. However, the service technician called at the scheduled time to inform me that he was too busy to come, even though it was only 8:30 in the morning. I rearranged my plans for the end of the week. I changed my schedule again to accommodate the service. Yet, the technician did not show up at all for the second appointment. When I called the store, they simply said, "huh sorry." I won't be using this company in the future.
