Consumer beware. We had a new furnace installed by Partusch and that gave us grief and trouble from the time it was installed. Partusch told us they install new furnaces, not repair them. Over the next five years, as our new York furnace failed, we had repairman after repairman tell us it was installed improperly. We spend a couple thousand dollars getting heat on during the winter over time. Ouch. Avoid this company at all cost. Speaking of cost, we just spent 6k for a new furnace from Moore's Heating. Fingers crossed.

I have used Partusch for over 5 years. They installed an in floor hot water heating system in our kitchen/dining area and a whole house Lochinvar heating system with Triangle hot water unit about five years ago. They have provided both maintenance and repair services since then. Their original installation work was first rate...I still show off the workmanship to friends. They have always been very responsive when the system needed emergency servicing or routine maintenance. I wish that every contractor I have to deal with was as professional and responsive as this company.

Horrible service for HRV. Made at appt for 5 days out. Service person called at the time he was to show up to tell us he was too busy, despite it being 830 in the am. Rescheduled for the end of the week. Rearranged our schedules for the second time to get the service done. No show at all the second time. Called the store and they just said ""huh sorry."" Will never use again.

I make a habit of staying away from unreliable jerks in my life, and like some Sex in the City plot, I kept taking the abuse from this outfit. Moved into our new house September 1st, and before even moving in we contacted Partusch per realtor and seller's recommendations (as supposedly they were involved with the original plumbing). One guy showed up to give an estimate, he was rude, ran through house, wrote some stuff on a piece of paper and told me to call the office to schedule the necessary things done. I called to set up appointment...4 times actually. Each time I was told they would get back to me. Why the 'scheduler' coudn't schedule the appointment is beyond me. I cannot overstate just how unreliable and condescending everyone at this ""company"" is. Anyway, it's December and my spouse tried calling this morning (because they supposedly knew about our home's plumbing) and the lady was rude, condescending, and so my spouse hung up. I just called them back this morning and told them they were a complete fail. The company came recommended by our realtor and the seller. As homeowners who have plumbing needs, we want to spend money at a company (even when they treat us poorly) but they won't even take our money. Anyway, based on our experience, don't waste your time with these folks. Talk about needing more competition. Update: We just called Anchorage Plumbing & Heating and they said they could come out today and were polite. They asked what was wrong and were not condescending. What a concept. Don't believe me? Call them both and hear for yourself.
