In our homes, we have had many leaks but never a slab leak - let alone 2 at the same time - until now! Initially we had called our home warranty, who sent a random plumber out that told us the large floor flood was not a slab leak but a sewer drain - but didn't have the tools to do anything and would need to schedule time to come back. So disappointed and now anxious over everything since sewer line is not anything to sit on and took matters into our own hands.

My friend provided me Partners Plumbing number on a Sunday evening - they answered the phone, they sent a technician - I was blown away to have the response. Our technician Luke was on time and immediately tested everything! He was actually fun to watch, as he was able to trace to the exact location without having to tear up a lot of wall. What was even more incredible, he had a feeling to check another area of the home - and discovered a second slab leak in the garage. He never gave up doing what was in the best interest of the house and getting us on our feet to have a leak stopped. Yes we have damage, but when someone tells you sewer leak and then get told nope it's not it's a slab leak, we were thrilled. Also, the cost was so reasonable - I am kicking myself for not going this direction first.

I won't use home warranty again for plumbing. I will be calling Partners Plumbing and requesting Luke. We loved his passion for what he does and that made the experience less dreadful. Thank you!!

Robert Sandoval did an awesome job fixing the hot water in my shower, my bathroom sink, and the garbage disposal in my kitchen. I accidentally clogged the sink when pieces of a Mr. Clean magic eraser went down the drain and the standing water that accumulated was pretty gross, as was my kitchen garbage disposal situation. Robert was professional, helpful, and showed me a few things so hopefully I won't have these messes again! Really appreciate the great service.

I want to give a great shout out to Partners Plumbing and especially Robert Sandoval who came out and fixed my leaking toilet. After further inspection and discussion, I agreed with Robert that we should go ahead and rebuild both my master bedroom and guest toilets. His work was excellent, and Robert explained along the way both during the procedures and afterwards, making sure I was aware of what he had accomplished on my behalf. We also looked at some additional valves which might need replacing and he will be sending me an additional quote for some future plumbing work as well.
Great Job Robert! I will be asking for you by name for my future plumbing needs!

Fabulous over the top service. There was a leak coming from the unit above us and the HOA dispatched Partners Plumbing to trace the leak. Received a call from Kevin to shcedule a time to see our unit.
Communication 5 stars. Kevin kept us in the loop on when his team would arrive, even calling to let us know they were 15 minutes out.
Service: 5 Stars. Robert (with a trainee, don't remember his name) arrived and reviewed the situation and again was very communicative. Taking the time to explain other facets of our situation. He determined that the unit above was causing the leak and not HOA pipes. They decided to fix themselves. Robert said he would come back the next day to check, he didn't have to do that. Really appreciate the service and communication. These guys went above what they were contracted for.

Steve came to.my condo today and did a service call. After he left, I realized my bedroom door was locked. My cat was trying to get out when he was here and managed to turn the knob on the lock of my door locking it. I tried every key in the house , but it wouldnt unlock. I went outside, saw Steve was still here in his van and asked him of he could help me. He came right away, tried everything, then went to my bedroom window and managed to wedge it open, he got in and opened the door!! I cried and hugged him saying THANK YOU SO.MUCH!! He went above and beyond his duty to help me and I appreciate it SO MUCH!! I called his company and told them what he did for me too. I highly recommend this company, professional and great efficient work done ALWAYS!!!

Really appreciate the work product provided me, by Jimi and Jacob. Over the past months, they've about addressed everything with a pipe in our Huntington Beach condo. They stand behind their work and aren't afraid to bring in extra manpower to complete the job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had to get the valves replaced before installing a new stackable dryer and washer. Jimi and Jacob worked fast and quick to install the valves and we asked if they can install the new washer and dryer too. They did an amazing job. They were more than happy to install it for us and everything was done in about 2 hours or so. They work well together and it was a great experience with this plumbing company. We will call them back if we need plumbing services.
