I had a refrigerator icemaker valve that was leaking badly. The valve is installed out from the wall too close to the cabinets to be able to service it. I was concerned we would have to remove the cabinets to get it removed or cut into the wall. Jacob from partners came out, he was calm, he explained the extent of the work and the options available. He was able to replace it without having to drill holes in the cabinets or go into the walls. He handled the work quickly, educated me on future options, and gave me advice on how to prevent the valve from being broken in the future. Thanks, Jacob, and plumbers. Great service much appreciated.

We just bought our house and wanted to add/update some things. We are adding a water softener but the water valve is so old that the tech would not install the line until we have the valve replaced. (He feared, which is likely, that once he turns the valve on/off, it won't close off again. Anyway, our HOA suggested Partners Plumbing, so we called them right away for a quote. Luke came out as scheduled and gave us a reasonable quote. He later came back on a scheduled date to complete the work. Luke was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions and very thorough with the work. He answered all my questions in regards to different projects for the future and thoroughly inspected every concerned area. Partners dealt with the HOA concerns thoroughly, posted signs, turn off the water to the community, etc.. it was a stress-free experience, and I would totally recommend them. Moreover, use them for future jobs. Thank you again Partners and Luke!

I experienced an emergency plumbing problem and contacted Partners Plumbing for assistance and they quickly sent a plumber within 20 minutes. The plumber- Robert Sandoval was very helpful and professional and answered any questions while he was working and completed the repairs quickly and completely.

I woke up this morning to a small puddle of water in my kitchen dripping from the ceiling. Problem is it hasn't been raining and I live on the 2nd floor. I called my homeowner association property manager and they contacted partners plumbing. Jimi and John got here within an hour of calling me and they found a pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the attic and got it repaired all in about an hour! Very friendly and professional. Jimi said they'll be sending a guy out in a few days for a follow up too! Hopefully I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do I'll be calling up partners plumbing directly!
