So sorry that we believed these reviews, they must all be from relatives of his. This guy is horrible, and rude. Thought he was a comedian, didn't listen to anything we said, and seemed to have his own agenda of selling us things we didn't ask about. Had to keep bringing him back to why he was there! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

Parsons Plumbing and Heating is the BEST! Wayne was very professional and worked very hard to get the job done right. He took on and completed a job that a previous plumber did not want to do, and finished it in just a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend Parsons for all you plumbing needs

Wayne responded quickly to a request for a toilet feed line leak and to replace 2 old valves for the washing machine in the same visit. Wayne is courteous, very efficient and obviously knows his craft inside and out. Even gave me some much appreciated hints to avoid future problems. I cannot recommend Parsons highly enough.

This was probably the best work I've ever had done on any house I've lived in. We're remodeling our basement, and wanted all of our plumbing moved so that we could leave an open ceiling without unsightly pipes running across the relatively low ceiling.
