We got back from dinner at 10:30pm and found out our AC was not blowing cold air.

We gave them a call in the morning and they sent Al Lindsey. He was so helpful and came at around 10:30am. He was punctual and was able to help us find the solution. He was also able to give us new tips/advice on how to have our home AC run more effectively.

Since then we fixed it and it's now running as good as ever. We highly recommend as Al was very informative and helpful!

So the owner saw the initial review, called me back and tried to make amends. Sent out another tech at no extra charge - he was nice, and tried his best to fix it we but we ultimately ended up doing a warranty replacement on the water softener (very fortunate it was still under manufacturer warranty).

Overall, they then offered me a new deal: another $400 for removal of old softener and installation of new one. I ended up just doing it myself (took like 2 hours total - including driving to Lowe's to do the warranty replacement). I changed the stars due to the fact that the company will at least try and somehow rectify a bad situation.

Michael Clark at Parobec Plumbing gives amazing customer service! We had a strong gas smell in our kitchen. We turned off the gas to the house and Parobec dispatched Michael to check it out. He was extremely thorough and super helpful. Turned out to be minor but Michael made sure we were comfortable and that everything was safe. Thanks Michael!

We've been living on borrowed time with our old State water heater. I decided to go tankless. Parobek rose to the occasion and provided us with a Navien tankless water heater with the Flow-Tech water treatment system. A special thank you goes out to Waylon and David, the technicians who installed the system. Their dedication and professionalism were exceptional. We have used Parobek several times for our plumbing and air needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Just had my downstairs unit replaced by Parobek plumbing...Roel Contreras, Mauricio Razo & crew did an excellent job!
Last year they replaced my upstairs unit and I was very satisfied.... I called them again when my downstairs unit went out.. Very professional and knowledgeable and every aspect of their job. I would highly recommend Parobek.

Please be very careful with Parobek! The appointment I was told that I had was for a tech to come out to perform the work. When the appointment time came, the person that arrived was an estimator that gave me a $2,000+ quote for $500 worth of work. On top of this, when I asked for their hourly rate, the estimator responded that he didn't know how much they charge per hour..... This is a clear sign they are out to take advantage of folks. Please be careful.

I love these guys. I had a plumbing re route through my attic that went poorly. Paid two other plumbers a LOT of money to try to get it fixed, and I still went a month without hot water in my house, which is hard on your morale, and damaging leaks.

Daniel and Carlo fixed it, in one morning, for less than the other plumbers charged me to NOT fix it. They also laughed at my stupid jokes, and tried very hard to be nice to my incredibly neurotic rescue dog.

I wish I'd gone with them first! Ten stars. I'm going to take the longest shower of my life tonight. :D
