Let me start by saying Parobek and their former Amazing Water have failed all expectations.

Amazing Water - the slick salesmen lied about terms. They sell on of the priciest water softener systems and after two years I am having to pay to fix it.

Parobek - your tech was fine, he was doing his job, he was friendly, but Parobek in general I will never use again. Routine annual maint and inspection results in a repair on my 2 year old water softener system that isn't covered under the warranty because.... What did he say... " the water in this area is full of junk"

Parobek / Amazing Water know what the quality of water is in my area, that is the reason I looked the their expertise to give me an overpriced system to handle it and yet it's not under warranty. Oh and while they are on site doing a free inspection, why not quote me $300 to replace a $40 rod in my water heater that just requires a wrench

I had an issue with my AC not cooling properly. I called and same day they a technician, Al Lindsey, out to help. Al was greatly helpful and honest about what he saw and what he was doing. There's always hesitation when concerning a big home appliance or system but rest assured that with Parobek, especially with Al as your technician, you'll be taken care of.

Our septic backed up into our master shower, and we called Parobek to help us. Brian showed up within 30 to 45 minutes at around 630PM to troubleshoot the issue. He quoted the job with the 150 after hours fee and 350 to snake the line. We were fine with that! This guy worked his a$$ off to try and unclog the line. He worked on it for 3+ hours and couldn't get it cleared...his equipment was basic and our issue needed some additional resources. He said he would have to send a crew with different equipment the next day and that we'd be priority as we couldn't use any water until fixed. Low and behold they showed up at 930 am and fixed this issue promptly. They waived the emergency fee because Brian didn't solve the issue. Great group of people, and our go to plumbers for life! We have relied on Parobek since we moved out to the country a couple years ago. We recently had Parobek come out to investigate a clogged toilet. Daniel came to rescue the toilet, and get it draining properly.

Gannon came out and looked inside the pipe for us with a cool camera, and found a nightmare of damaged pipes and deteriorating infrastructure all silently slumbering in our crawlspace.

Gannon explained all the issues we had, and presented us with three different options and explained each one in detail. We decided that we should take care of it in one big project, and then entered Dewy and Waylon.

The worked tirelessly for two entire days, outside excavating our sewer line, replacing it with all the right cleanouts and proper connections. Then they moved under the house and replaced everything, fixed and reset the toilets, and made sure that everything was running perfectly.

Dewy explained everything to us, and was professional and friendly --- as was the entire team that came to support us through what could have been a nightmare!

It was an expense, that any homeowner never wants to be confronted with, but with Parobek it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, and I felt fully confident in the team's work throughout the entire project. Plus, our sewer line is guaranteed for a lifetime!

Parobek might not be the perfect fit for everyone (pricing, projects, etc), but if you're looking for a trustworthy, professional, partner in caring for your home - Parobek can't be beat. We love being a Parobek customer, and I'm pretty sure you will too. Thanks again Parobek team!
