Not very reliable they did come out to see what I needed done then left.Said they would call with quote,it took me to call them to get quote.Good the lady that I wanted to hire them.She told me she would have someone call me the same day for an appointment.Never heard from them,so I called again and was told the same thing still nothing three days later.Would not recommend to anyone not very liable poor customer service.(Not Happy Terrell tx)

Let me start off with the good.
Terry does really great work. His stuff is top notch. His prices are good, and if you have a problem with his work afterward, he does what he can to come and fix it. So... good if you don't need a stop what you are doing emergency and can wait a day or two for your leak or quick fix to happen.

Then there's the bad. I've had what I would consider a large personal project. I told him he could have it if he wanted it and there was no explicit expression that he didn't. I figured he was just busy. He couldn't manage my expectations, Dianna P. (his wife and in charge of the office phone) just quit picking up all together, and unless I called Terry directly, I wouldn't get a whole lot more than I'm busy, or there is an emergency, and I will get back to you later today. The last time he said that it was last week. My project is now behind and I'm forced to find a reliable person to rescue me. Now that I look at it was possibly a passive aggressive way to say I don't want to do it, so I've got someone else. Also, don't ask him to give you a quote on stuff... if you aren't interested in buying then or if you need him to look up prices for you, you will never get them. He'll forget about them because he's too busy.

Had to call Parnell out again due to my hot water heater shutting down 6 months after he replaced a part--he didn't charge me and came as soon as he was able. He was even apologetic for the delay. REALLY nice guy who knows his way around a hot water heater and was able to discern the problem in no time. Great to have a trustworthy plumber!

Kind and professional! We had a ceiling leak and our plumbing is in the attic. We found the source under the insulation and wet boards under some plumbing. We thought we had a slow leak somewhere. We called on a Sunday and left a voicemail explaining our issue. We we called back on Sunday evening (not a usual thing since he has a route) and we were out on first thing Monday morning.

He came out and found it to be a roof leak instead. Very thorough and a nice guy all around. We asked how much we owed him and he said not a thing since ehe didn't do anything. He just asked we call him if we need a plumber again. Which we MOST DEFINITELY will. And you should too.

This company is not in the business of ripping people off, they have very fair prices for the amount of work work work to be done. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I was given. Mrs. Parnell was nice and friendly when I set up my appointment. The whole family treated me like a person. The work was done right and in a timely manner. So happy I chose the right company.

I haven't used this service yet but I did make a call, sent pictures and got advice from one of the plumbers. He was patient and assisted me without trying to sell me anything. He even told me the project I was looking to have done could be completed by just watching a YouTube video . Honest man. I have saved his number as I just bought a new home and need good honest people to keep in my little black book.
