OVERPRICED and not transparent with their pricing. Before I scheduled, they wanted to charge a 99 dispatch fee. That was waived, but then could not get an overall estimate to do a simple toilet install. Said the technician would give me the quote. CHARGED $400 TO INSTALL A CUSTOMER PROVIDED TOILET.

Paid to have Park's come out which ended up being a sales call for a ""comfort specialist"" to come out to price out a total system replacement. wasn't interested and had the problem fixed for a third of the price I was quoted. Technicians must get a bonus for pushing for new systems. Bait and switch. Will not use again and will let neighborhood know.

A little over a year ago, I purchased a new heat pump and hot water heater from this company. As far as I knew, the system was working OK. This unit is in a rental home. Less than a year later, while I was changing the filter, I noticed water on the inside where the filter is located. I sent an online message to the company. I did not receive a response. I then called them and spoke with someone who said I would receive a return phone call. Also at that time, I decided to put this home on the market to sell. I made several attempts to have the unit serviced (even though it was brand new, I wanted to be sure all was OK). Still no return phone call. Several months passed. I had an interested buyer. I had indicated to the buyer that the HVAC and hot water heater is NEW. Upon a review of the building permits by the potential buyer, I was horrified to find out that the county inspector (FAILED) my inspection from the work performed by Parks Heating and Cooling. I called Parks Heating and Cooling and explained to them that it was imperative that I have this rectified. The person I spoke with assured me that it would be taken care of. Still now months more have passed. The potential buyer walked away. Parks never did come and try to figure out where the water is coming from.. and also I noticed that they broke off a piece of PVC pipe where my hot water heater is located. To this day (even nearly 1/2 year since my first phone call to them, they have not returned my calls, nor have they rectified my failed inspection. I will be filing a BBB complaint on this company. This is TERRIBLE service. They were so happy to keep calling me to spend 10K .. now they are nowhere to be found. Horrible experience!

Fraudulent company. Stay away. Our builder used them for our new home and we paid for upgrades to all bathrooms fans, thermostats etc and they did not install the ones we paid for but instead installed the most basic cheapest everything thinking we wouldn't notice. We have made them aware multiple times so they can correct it. My husband even drove down there to confront them in person. Every time they tell us they will be back to replace the cheap shit with the upgrades we paid for they never show up. The bathroom fans they did install were also not done correctly and they don't work. During the job they also damaged drywall and installed vents upside down. They send guys out who have zero training and have no idea what they're doing. Stay away!

Will continue using Parks as everything I was concerned about has been explained to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Really disappointed in service. Just paid $630 per hour to replace a motor all while experiencing a technician trying to up sell me. Technician advised that my 9 year old Lenox system is at end of life. My complaint to parks customer service manager resulted in zero satisfaction and sarcastic response in "" I'll make a note in your account that you don't wish to have technicians advise you "". There is a significant difference between advice and up sell. I requested to not have a technician that is paid on commission and to not pay $630 per hour. Parks is unable to support either request.

Nothing but praise for the tech (Maynor Agular) but the price of the service was suspect. I called when one of my 2 units stopped working. Maynor came out and diagnosed the issue and gave me sticker shock with the price of $744.00. It was a cold day and I failed to do my due diligence and get counter estimates. After the service was completed I called other companies for laugh and giggles and wanted to cry when I found that I could have gotten the gas valve replaced for at least $200 less.
My advice, get competing estimates unless money isn't an issue.

We had used Parks a few times in the past because they were the initial installers of our HVAC system. We had mostly good experience with the service techs when we had to have a faulty part replaced on our heat pump (parts covered under warranty, labor was not, which is total BS). We ended up signing up for the bi-annual service plan to keep things humming along. When the first service came around and the guy was in and out in a short period of time, I knew this was a racket. And this week, those suspicions were confirmed. Parks came out in late April for the summer tune-up....all reports good! This week, our condensation pipe was clogged and we called them back to clear it out. Want to know what they said? They are not responsible for anything that happens right after the service plan is complete. And it gets better...then they wanted $562 to clear the pipe....are you freaking kidding me?????? I'm going to end this post before I start a profanity laced diatribe but needless to say, we will NEVER use these crooks again and I encourage everyone else to find another HVAC vendor as well.

Called Parks late on a Saturday night when my downstairs furnace went out and temp was 5 degrees. Other companies had a long lead time, but Mike from Parks came out and had me up and running in no time. I was impressed with the folks on the phone as well as Mike's professionalism and good nature.

Honestly, would be a 1 star review if Sergio Martinez didn't come out recently and totally redeemed the company. He took great care of us and we can't thank him enough for doing such a great job. I'm sure no HVAC companies have rave reviews, but people like Sergio make bad experiences a little easier.
