Wayne showed up in a mask. ( Covid). Wayne and Tommie was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and concerned about getting my power restored. We had an electrical fire, and Parks Electrical was concerned about getting my power restored. Clean up was great! This is a wonderful company, without a doubt. I will do business with them again. Mr. Parks is awesome! He's so knowledgeable about multiple systems, that he can analyze and diagnose a complicated problem. I had an electrical issue, but it involves my HVAC system. He listens and takes the time to understand what you need and how to handle it. He came with a mask, was so respectful and careful and exceeded my expectations. He's the best! I called Parks Electric and spoke with Wayne Parks about an electrical issue in my home. I was concerned about how much it would cost for him to come out, so he explained all that a visit would involve, and what I could do before he came to save time (since there is an hourly rate). As I explained the problems in more detail, he suggested that I call the power company first. It turned out that problem was on their end, so not only did Wayne Parks saved me a lot of money, he saved me a lot of time in getting my power back on. I am grateful that there are still helpful and honest businessmen out there today!

I called Mr. Parks in a panic! I had a pipe burst in a house that was vacant. He responded ASAP. Not sure of where the leak originated from, Mr. Parks spent the time to find and fix the leak, he also checked and fixed the electrical panel that had suffered water damage as well. Then he prepared the home for the upcoming cold weather so this wont happen again. He made the whole process so easy. He was very pleasant to work with and he kept me updated as he was going along. The best part was that he is licensed to do both the electrical and plumbing so I didn't have to coordinate getting two separate contractors in there to get it fixed. It's not often we see such cold weather in Williamsburg, VA!
