I'm a perfectionist and expect professionalism. I read a few very good reviews on Yelp about Parker and called him after I discovered a small droplet leak that I thought was in a faulty solder joint. Parker corresponded within 10 minutes and asked if a 5-6PM time slot was convenient. I told him I'd be around, but I'd be watching the debate at 6PM. He immediately offered to meet me the next day. Long story short, he came by around 5PM, examined the problem and fixed the leak (that I misdiagnosed). It was simpler than I expected and he explained this to me. While he was there, I had him do another job and he performed it impeccably. Further, he explained the possible future repercussions of the existing part that he repaired and informed me of alternative solutions if it were to fail, down the road, including researching options for a lower cost solution. He left me with a complete description of the work performed.

In my initial experience with Parker, I can say that he is an honest, hard-working professional who strives to make his customers happy. His rate is very reasonable for the quality and professionalism he offers. Moreover, Parker is a polite gentleman and I can wholeheartedly say that he will be our go-to plumber from this point forward...

Parker did an excellent job of fixing my sprinklers, leaking faucet and moving an underground sprinkler line. He is prompt, efficient and courteous. Parker will run to the store to get any needed parts and clean up any messes before he leaves. We have called Parker to our house three times now and have been more than satisfied each time. Parker is a pretty amazing guy. He's very honest and will work as hard as he can to make things right. I was surprised to receive all the receipts from the parts he purchased. He was clear about where every single penny went. When you add it all up he really has the best lowest rates you can find. And I saved hundreds by calling him. Parker is awesome! He came in and fixed my leaking shower pipe that was squirting water anytime someone would turn the shower on. He asked me for a picture of the pipe that needed repair and when he arrived the following day he came ready with the supplies. He is very knowledgable and professional not to mention quick and efficient. I highly recommend him as he is very reasonable with pricing and very friendly! Great customer service!

I live in the maid's quarters of a 12,000 square foot home, with the owners living in the largest portion & a 6 member family living in another attached portion. We had several plumbing & miscellaneous issues that needed resolved but were being constantly left high and dry with unreliable handymen until we found Parker. He came out in the morning to handle my housemates' faucet replacement then headed my way to repair an unusual problem with my shower and did so expediently. He even replaced the temp device and now my shower gets scorching hot the way I love it. It was a welcome surprise that he had the capability and supplies to snake my shower and sink drains which were clogging up, also. Parker is very friendly while maintaining the utmost of professionalism and his rates rival any competitor. He's willing to commute and even works on Saturdays. I highly recommend using him!
